Établissement idéalement situé, personnel souriant et serviable, chambre impeccable, piscine chauffée à 27°, seul bémol s’il fallait émettre une critique, le confort des transats, mais pour le reste, un service de très bonne qualité.

Wir waren für drei Tage im Hotel und insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Besonders das Frühstück am 29.04. und 01.05. war sehr gut, mit einer tollen Auswahl und frischen Produkten. Die Bedienung an diesen Tagen sowie das Personal an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Pool war angenehm warm und sehr gepflegt – ein echtes Highlight. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Dusche in unserem Zimmer funktionierte leider nicht richtig. Außerdem wirkte die weibliche Bedienung am 30.04. etwas überfordert, was den Eindruck an diesem Tag leicht getrübt hat. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel trotz kleiner Schwächen weiterempfehlen.

amazing service, incredible views

La struttura è molto bella e curata. Il personale in particolare è estremamente disponibile gentile e professionale. Sempre pronti a fare il possibile per accontentarti e farti sentire bene. Due cose secondo me sarebbero da migliorare: aggiungere appendini per accappatoi nella zona spa/wellness e il materasso. Non amo i materassi a molle e duri e purtroppo la mia stanza era dotata di quella tipologia. Ma Questo è un mio personale parere.

We loved our stay. The hotel is charming, the staff and service is amazing, the restaurant is excellent. If there is only one thing that they could have better is a bigger shower box… We would come back for sure though.

Ho trovato asciugamani e lenzuola sporche. La maniglia del bagno mi è rimasta in mano. Nell area benessere i bicchieri di plastica con acqua bollente si sono sciolti. Ristorante e servizio buono

Un petit bijou en pleine campagne dans les vignes du Piémont et proche d'Alba. L'hotel est très beau, le service d'une rare qualitée, un petit déjeuner à la carte délicieux avec une terrasse offrant un point de vue sur la vallée. Le restaurant est très bon et la piscine qui n'est pas très grande dispose d'une large plage avec beaucoup de transats. Les chambres sont modernes, très propres et la décoration est très soignée dans tout l'hotel. On se sent immédiatement bien Parfait pour un week-end ressourçant

Relais Villa D'Amelia was such a pleasant surprise and a great way to end our trip through Italy. The manager (I think) that helped check us in on Monday, 7/31 was extremely kind and helpful towards us. She shared her recommendations of wineries around that we should visit, offered to call and make reservations for the ones we chose to visit as well as restaurants. Our room wasn't ready yet as we had arrived early, but she managed to get it to us earlier than the check-in time and also gave a tour of the grounds. The courtyard is beautiful and peaceful, a great place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. The pool is very beautiful and the view is breathtaking... the endless hills of wineries is picturesque. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel -- the service was great and the food was delicious. Breakfast is included and is a la carte. Definitely going to come back to visit for a weekend getaway.
