너무친절해요 최고였어요 깨끗하고 조식도 너무 잘나왔어요!

이보다 더 좋을수 없는 호텔이었어요 가족들이 운영하는 작은 호텔 같았는데 직원들도 너무너무 친절했어요 호텔이 골목에 있어서 골목길에 주차해야하는 시스템이었는데 직원이 주차한곳에 저희차를 대신 주차해주시더라구요 문제 없이 주차도 끝냈고!! 단한가지 불편한점은 엘레베이터가 없는거였는데 다행히 1층에 방이 배정되어서 전혀 불편함이 없었어요 그리고 1층 수영장겸 테라스에서 흡연도 가능해서 남편은 너무너무 편하다고 했고 먹고싶을때마다 커피달라고 해서 항상 웃으면서 갔다주더라고요~ 미니바도 넉넉히 채워져있고, 연박했는데 청소도 빠르게 후다닥 해주고 불편함이 전혀 없고 아주아주 만족스러운 숙소였어요^^ 그리고 직원분이 알려준곳 산책도하고 추천해준 식당에 가서 먹어봤는데 너무너무 맛있었어요!! 한국에서 먹었던 스테이크보다 훠얼씬 맛있었어요!! 200%만족스러운 스플리트에서는 호텔이었어요^^

직원분들이 정말 친절하세요. 모두들 밝은 미소가 너무 보기 좋았어요. 방도 편안하고 깨끗했습니다.

2박을 묶었습니다. 차량 주차 가능해서 편하게 차세워두고 걸어서 편하게 시내 관광했습니다. 숙소의 서비스는 아주 최상입니다. 룸관리도 직원들 모두 친절합니다. 매니저인 anna 가 친절하게 지도에 주요 정보를 알려줍니다. anna가 소개/예약 해준 시푸드 전문 식당은 대만족이었습니다. 루카라는 아이스크림집도 대만족. 방문하시는 분은 꼭 추천받아서 한번 가보시길 권합니다. 수영장에는 타월과 물, 비스켓 등이 비치되어 있습니다.

우선적으로 위치가 매우 좋아서 스플리트의 여러 명소를 걸어서 다닐수 있음. 스탭은 매우 친절하여, 체크인, 명소안내등 불편함이 없게 하여 주었음. 룸의 크기도 적당하고 청결하게 잘 유지하는거 같음. 차량을 가져갔는데 사전에 메일로 정보 요청을 하여, 주차공간도 확보해 주어 편리하였음. 오후 10시까지만 스탭들이 프론트에 있으므로 10시이전에 체크인하여야 하나, 사전에 친절하게 메일로 호텔 오는 방법등을 알려주고, 도착 시간등을 확인하므로, 메일을 보내어 사전 약속하면 문제없을듯 함. 위치, 상태, 주변, 친절함등 나무랄데가 없었음.

Great hospitality from staffs. I would definitely come again if I visit Split.

오직 한가지를 제외하고 다른것들은 만족함. 그건 바로 엘리베이터가 없음. 무거운 짐이 없으신분들에게는 추천 합니다. 제가 가방짐 올리느라 무지하게 힘들었읍니다.

가족운영인 작은 호텔이지만 가족구성원모두 진정성을갖고 서비스하였고 청결, 편리한위치, 편안함등 모든면에 만점에 가까운 호텔임.

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff

Splendid stay! Everything was just perfect for my overnighter. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was scrumptious, location convenient, wifi good and bed was comfortable. I would gladly stay here again if I return to Split.

The breakfast was fresh with à la carte options. Parking was close by, and the neighborhood was safe and easily walkable to the main sites.

Fantastic property; great location in walking distance from the old town, parking available right next door to the hotel, staff was extremely helpful even before we arrived there and had given some great directions to get to the hotel but also take the ferry to Hvar. Last but not least, the breakfast was phenomenal. No wonder this hotel is consistently rated very high.

Marija and Dea were extremely welcoming, handling our bags upon check in and describing old town and providing a map with notes. Included breakfasts were quick and delicious, with fruits, meats, and hot breakfast to order. The room was fantastic, with beautiful views and quaint furniture. Cannot thank Marija and Dea enough for their personal touch, willing to help and recommend various places. Thank you!

Excellent stay at the Splendida, thank you Maria & all the wonderful staff. We were greeted with a very warm welcome, an introduction to the cherry liqueur whilst being given tips to the local area! Maria kindly arranged a day trip to the Krka waterfalls & arranged a dinner reservation at an excellent fish restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful with excellent egg, crepe & omelette options. Absolutely worthy of its 5* rating, great location for the centre of Split. Would definitely recommend to family & friends.

Splendida is appropriately named…it is SPLENDID! The staff is exceptional in courtesy and helpfulness. The breakfasts are fantastic. The room I had was wonderful. Location is great as it is walkable within minutes to the old part of the city and the waterfront. The price for the room is very reasonable. I highly recommend Splendida.
