강 바로 앞이라서 이곳저곳 둘러보기에 너무 좋아요 :) 도로 앞이라 자동차 소음은 어느정도 있지만 침대가 편안하고 금액대가 착해서 충분히 감수할만하다 생각합니다~ 전체적으로 아주 만족스러웠어요!

nice location & friendly service

겨울에 가면 춥습니다..히터를 최대한으로 틀어놔도 춥고 엄청 건조해요. 그 외의 시설들은 너무 훌륭하고 청결합니다. 위치도 강 바로 옆이라 산책하기 좋아요

깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 직원분은 친절했으며 겨울에 난방이 충분하지 않아서 건의했을때 바로 간이 히터를 놓아주었어요. 살짝 추운거 말고는 좋아요.

좋은 위치 : 도우로 강 도보 3분, 주변에 트립어드바이저 맛집 다수 있어서 도보 2-3분이면 갈 수 있음. 조식 : 빵, 에그타르트 맛있었어요. 음식은 깔끔했고 직원들은 에너지 넘치고 친절했어요. 단 커피머신에서 나오는 라떼는 정말 너무 별로라 한입 먹고 그 뒤로 못마셨어요. 커피머신만 다른걸로 바꾸거나 다른 호텔들처럼 직접 만들어주시면 완벽할 것 같아요. 방 컨디션 : 깔끔하고 넓어서 캐리어 두개 펼칠 수 있고, 욕실도 깔끔했어요. 수압 셉니다. 다음에 방문하면 여기 또 묵을거에요.

리베리아광장 동루이스다리 다걸어다닐만 하고~ 위치가 좋아서 너무 만족합니다 객실도 청결하고 직원분들도 친절했구요 바로앞에 마켓도 있어서 편했어요

The best hotel I ever stayed in portugal. Also the best breakfast. They served fresh squeezed orange juice. Also the room was perfectly clean and neat. The staffs were very kind and helpfull. I think portugal people are nice and kind. I have not met any rude person during my 10day trip. Especially this hotel staffs was the best! Thank you!

the location was good for its proximity to shopping but the experience at the hotel was poor. We had 30-36 degree weather and no air conditioning in our room. Several other guests experienced the same issue on our floor (3rd) We let the staff know immediately and they said they would send someone to fix it but it never was fixed. The bathroom had no international electrical outlet so I was not able to plug in any hair products. When I let the front desk know, they told me to use the large mirror in the bedroom - we had no mirror in the bedroom or in close proximity to an outlet. Overall the management staff at this hotel was not helpful in resolving our issue and while the day to day staff were kind and tried to help, they could not fix the issues we experienced. I would not recommend this hotel

Location for the hotel in Ribeira district is nice. I would have preferred to stay in Centro. Hotel lift was not working so had to haul the luggage. Hotel rooms AC does not work well either, so had to open the windows at night to get some airflow.

Very lovely staff and big rooms

Would recommend the The Editory House Ribeira in Porto. Staff were super friendly, not only upon arrival but throughout our whole trip. Our room was always well maintained and clean which made it the perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring!

Great stay

Very nice location, but can be loud as we have motorcycles roaring outside our window at night. Also the rooms don’t have all the amenities, like milk/creamer for coffees and it was challenge to obtain that for morning coffee. Staff were very friendly.

Had a fantastic stay and the front of house staff were lovely. They answered all questions and spoke very good English as well. Excellent location. Rooms are unique and very clean. Will be back if in Porto!
