3층 인테리어 발코니룸에서 2박했는데 수영장의 락스냄새때문에 머리가아파서 룸을 바꿔달라고 요청해도 룸이없다고만 하고 다른 조치도 없었음. 다시는 이호텔에 묵을 생각이 없음!

This hotel’s location, cleanness, proximity to old town and very nice and welcoming staff were phenomenal.

Only one washer and dryer in the basement.

Bonjour, bien que nous savions que la deco datait d’une autre époque et que l’hôtel n’avait pas été rénové, nous ne nous attendions pas à un si bas niveau de propreté. Les rideaux des 3 fenêtres étaient sales, tachés, le bain-douche laissait à désirer. Nous aurions apprécié nous baigner, mais lorsque nous avons tenté, un homme s’y baignait habillé avec un chandail et ses souliers (?). Finalement, le wifi est extrêmement lent.

Service à la clientèle formidable ! Accommodation de nos bagages avant d'avoir notre chambre et après l'avoir quittée sécuritaire ! Ce qui nous a permis de profiter au maximum de notre séjour à Québec !

The kids loved the pool. The rooms were spacious and hotels a great location. Parking is convenient.

Nice hotel . It's a little dated. Our room was very dark ..Needs more light. I ended up taking the shades off the lamps to generate more light All else good

The hotel is a great location. The hotel is dated but the rooms are large. The cleanliness and ensuring rooms were well stocked was not a priority. We needed to request towels and toilet paper during our stay.

Overpriced, expensive breakfast.

Although there is live music on certain nights it is provided in the pool area and is only enjoyed by the people who upgraded their rooms to a pool view. Sadly the pool is chlorinated so that's what you smell throughout the hotel. Housekeeping is hit and miss. Often no making of beds, replacement drinking glasses or towels some days. The steakhouse attached provided a poor experience also. The only good part was the location in proximity to the old city. Oh and the beds were comfy. I expected more for the price.

The hotel room was ok, the hotel completely cheaps out on coffee that could be offered for guests. There are two water filled drink containers but after 7pm they are no longer filled. The buffet is a complete rip off, 29$ plus tax for a not even decent amount of food. Restaurants around the area are cheaper and have better food. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you like service amenities. It offers the bare minimum for a really overpriced hotel. I am a single mother and I hoped it would have been easier to do things with my kids.

The front desk lady was polite and helpful.
