Tiego was amazing from the beginning till the end. We were in Porto for a friends reunion and Tiego made it perfect for us. He suggested so many good restaurants, he did book all for us. And he was incredibly fast in his responses. He has a lovely smile and such a positive energy. The place was great for us 5 friends. It was super clean, had all we needed in the kitchen. Had even extra umbrellas, toothpaste and toothbrushes for all of us. It felt like home. We also loved the location of the hotel which was very central. Since it was raining a lot during our stay, Dyson hairdryer was a miracle!

Beautiful hotel and very central for everything you may want to do in Porto. Host was very informative about local spots. The room was lovely and a wonderful garden terrace to have a drink or relax.

C'est un endroit très accueillant. Il y avait même des petites pantoufles et des brosses à dents à notre disposition!

Tout était parfait! Tout peut se faire à pied et l’épicerie est à proximité. Très propre. Belle terrasse. N’hésitez pas à réserver!

Tiago really pays attention to detail and the apartment has everything you will possibly need. You will want for nothing here. Grocery store and Trinidade station just a few minutes walk and easy to walk to the main spots of Porto. The terrace is fantastic and we grilled some steaks and enjoyed the evenings in a beautiful place. Laundry onsite is great and I can think of no negative things to say. Thank you Tiago!

３泊しました。部屋が広いのでくつろげました。ただ２つほど難点があって、一つは場所を見つけつらいこと。玄関にホテル名を記載してほしいです。今は住所から場所を特定する必要があります。もう一つは洗濯機。いつ行っても洗濯物で埋まっていました。洗濯物を置けるかごなどがあればあれば、そこに洗濯物をどけて洗濯ができたかと思います。

Tout était parfait, propreté calme et bien équipé. Tiago est de bon conseil et la mise à disposition de parapluies fut très appréciée ! Bravo et à bientôt

My room was loft type room. It was more than big room for me and everything was clean and organized. Also owner of the hotel is very friendly and charming and he suggested many touristic points. If I raise negative issues about this hotel,only one thing that personally I felt lighting in the room can be lighter especially when you want to read some books,newspaper...

Nos sentimos acolhidos no local, a localização e a infraestrutura do local são perfeitas sem contar com a gentileza e disponibilidade do Tiago que é o manager do local...Recomendo com nota máxima...

Lovely apartment for our stay in Porto, super close to Trindade metro and very convenient as a base to explore the city. Loved the kitchen facilities and supermarket around the corner. Comfy, roomy and would have happily stayed longer. Manager was very helpful throughout.

O quarto é bem equipado, com tudo que é necessário para uma estadia em um flat. Porém faltam uns pontos importantes: 1 - O banheiro necessita de uma estufa para os dias mais frios. 2 - Os travesseiros da cama eram muito desconfortáveis. 3 - As luzes de leitura ao lado da cama estavam com mau contato e não se mantinham acesas. 4 - Há poucos canais de TV disponíveis para assistir.

Localização muito boa, defeito foi subir quatro andares de escada com as malas.

ON nous attendait à l'arrivée, Tiago nous a très bien reçu et renseigné et le Loft est charmant un seul petit bémol pas de chaîne de télévision en français et la télécommande ne marche pas très bien sinon tout était parfait

Cant say enough about this place. It is conveniently located near the heart Porto just a few blocks away. Thiago (the manager) was absolutely amazing not only accommodating our crazy hours and requests but providing excellent recommendations for places to see and visit. He even has a quick power point presentation that he gives to help you determine where you want to go. Hotel doesn't have designated parking but there is street parking and there is a parking garage across the street which is convenient. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Porto.
