하쿠바 스키가족여행왔는데 ᆢ 대중탕 식사 모두 넘 좋았어요 스텝분들 너무 친절하셔서 기분좋은 여행이었습니다 다음에 또 오고 싶어요

오마치 온천마을 호텔중에 가장 깨끗하고 고급스러운 느낌을 받았습니다. 아침 저녁 식사도 정갈하고 맛있었습니다. 온천하고 족욕장도 매우 좋았습니다. 기회가 있다면 다시 이용하겠습니다.

お食事は何を頂いてもとても美味しかったです。朝食は玉手箱のようでした。従業員の方は皆さんいい方でとても気持ちよく過ごさせて頂きました。ありがとうございました

Such a great and relaxing stay. The perfect place to return after a long day skiing. The Private tub on the balcony was fantastic.

温泉もよくゆっくり出来ました。

スタッフの対応はよかった。食事は美しく種類も豊富でよかったのですが、信州で食べている食材、調理されている雰囲気はなかったようです。

ホテルと環境は非常に素晴らしかったです。スタッフの方も親切丁寧で気持ちの良い応対でした。残念なのは周辺に食事できる場所が少なかった事です。

2泊して、料理はメニュー豊富で良かった。ただお風呂に行く袋がなく部屋によって付いてたりなかったりだったんで残念😰、お風呂も床が少し滑ってて残念だった。2日目の夜の星空は圧巻でした👌

Very friendly and helpful front desk. The tatami room was very clean as was the bathroom and private onsen on the terrace. Both the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were excellent with seamless service. A very nice stay at an excellent hotel in an out of the way village.

The biggest room compared to other Japanese Onsen Ryokan I have booked before. Excellent private onsen with magnificent sunrise view!

Very quiet location but lovely to stay in. The room was spacious and warm and the spa was lovely after a day of snowboarding

Great place to relax and enjoy the balcony’s hot tub. Few km away from the dam and is incredible view. Very close to public bus connecting to sky resorts.

Excellent choice for a weekend getaway! Well situated with local restaurants in walking distance. Within half an hour drive to most of the ski resorts in hakuba area

Great hotel! We booked a room with a private onsen for our honeymoon and it was magical! The area around the hotel didn’t provide much, we wandered around for half an hour and there weren’t any restaurants open.
