Basic single room, stayed 3 nights , I was very lucky in getting parking space at front of hotel as this is very limited. Owner friendly and showed me to room. I stayed on a business trip so unable to comment on Yarmouth itself . Bit of street noise sometimes in evenings . If you're looking for budget price hotel , it's basic but clean and comfortable, no complaints .

Really nice place to stay and close to the town

The room was a very good size the bathroom was a medium sized needs updated the staff was excellent there was only two of them the hotel is kept very clean close to the beach everything was in walking distance no cooking of breakfast

Absolutely riddled with bed bugs do not stay here.

Nice room but small , very small toilet and shower. Was noisy one night as cars raced up the road at 03:00. Good and swift reception.

I made a mistake thinking an apartment/flat?, just a room, family room spacious, double bed, bunk beds, shower, toilet, tv on the wall. 15 mins walk to main beach, high street and 30 mins from Joyland adventure park. 2 piers with entertainment and a massive indoor crazy golf over 2 floors and themed. Theatre and shows, not as many as back in the day!!

I only chose this property as it was described,which was totally misleading,had I known the true facts I would not have booked.parking available,not true.Breakfast available for a fee,no food at all.Pool/billiard table,table tennis,there was nothing.it was just a room.

The room was small, but okay, the shower was way too small. You could barely stand in it.

Had a lovely few days stay

Like Yarmouth and many seaside towns, the hotel has seen better days, the shower had very weak water flow and the stay does not include breakfast, this wasn't a problem for me as I was out early on the days of my stay, the owner directed me to a nearby cafe if I required breakfast. There was a prominent sign of do's and don'ts that would lead me to conclude many of the guests are workmen, and homeless/migrants housed by the local council. There wasn't any problems of noise or other annoyances, it was basic, average and was just about OK which reflected the price.

Nice, peaceful little break and value for money paid. Manageress was very polite, 5/10 minute walk from seaside and town. Parking was on street but didn't find it issue and dog friendly.

Nice place close to beach. No hot water from tap, despite complaining twice.

Clean and tidy bed for the night, everything we needed for a couple of nights away

Greit hotell i som ligger utenfor den værste støyen fra all underholdningen på Strandpromenaden. Men likevel bare 5-10 min å gå dit. Hyggelig ansatte. Lett å finne frem til.

Lovely stay at the Wellesley. Good value for a basic hotel. Nice comfortable room. Welcome tea, coffee and biscuits. Nice big towels (can't stand the silly little ones you get in some places). Good position away from the main Great Yarmouth area but very easy walk to get there (10 minutes slow walk).Only place I've stayed in where you can't have food or alcohol in the room but rules is rules and i saw that from reading reviews before we booked so happy to conform. Would stay again. Only complaint was a very noisy fan in the bathroom which wasn't an issue during the day but at night would wake light sleepers. Finally, i was a little worried it would be noisy as our room was at the foot of the stairs but no noise at all. 👍

The Hotel staff are amazing and very friendly, the room was spotless. The bathroom very small, fan was very noisy at night when you went to the toilet and the drains kicked up a stink in the morning when everyone started having a shower from other rooms. Shirt of plug sockets for a family room.where everyone wants to charge phones over night. Plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

I was greated by very frendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was very clean nothing was to much trouble , we was wellcome and they were very nice and friendly , i would definatly recomend this hotel the weather was lovely .
