the view was astonishing. worth a one night stay. but the manager wasn't very friendly. didn't even inform when is the breakfast time or check out time etc when check-in. we asked for blanket and sheet for the sofa bed, but he unnecessarily said since we are two people staying, they didn't make the sofa bed. and reluctantly said they would send the blanket implying only blanket can be provided. but sheet and the blanket came, but i don't understand why they were reluctant to supply these cause even if we are two people, we are also free to use different bed. and the coffee pot isn't detachable and hard to plug it from where it is placed, so you have to move the whole to different place to use it. sofa bed indeed wasn't so comfortable so make sure you can handle the back sore after the night. this hotel you can say you are going for the view from your room's window.

Rooms were ok Washrooms are clean However its feels old. Walls are having paint marks fallen in carpet around the corners etc

While the beds and linens were crisp and clean, the carpet badly needs replaced. It was visibly dirty and dusty. There are no air-conditioning units in the rooms and while we were brought a fan that kind of just kicked up the dust from the carpet and gave me a mess of a headache and allergies. You can open a window, but it took it quite a while cool down we had a twin room which has two twin beds. The smart TV was a nice feature to watch the World Cup. The outside lakefront property is beautiful and there are benches out front, but those badly need replaced because they are very rickety. Overall, there would be other places to stay nearby if I was here again. We did not partake in the breakfast. We stayed in late June.

Lovely location in front of the lake. Dinner and breakfast were extremely good.

Staff really went the extra mile. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Food was excellent, and the view from the dining areas was great.

Nice location but hotel rooms very small and if you are on roadside of hotel extremely noisy and loud traffic noises.

Very nice and tidy beach pod. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The views from the beach pod were amazing and right next to the lake shore. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend a stay here.

Waterfront location was nice but you are isolated from shopping and other restaurants. The clerk at check-in was cold and pressured us to reserve and prepay for dinner and breakfast. Don’t. While the parking is free, it’s unlikely to be available after 6 pm on weekends. If you leave for dinner good luck finding a space later. We had dinner there one night and it was good but expensive for what you get. Our room was nice but not luxury class and cost $280 a night. Unfortunately the combination of a snooty clerk and high price we would not recommend or return. I would stay in Ft. William instead.

Das Hotel liegt sehr praktisch und verfügt über einen guten Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer war ganz ok, ein wenig alt, aber das passte schon. Die Betten waren ganz gut, jedoch war es im Zimmer sehr sehr warm. Kühlen konnte man leider nicht, nur heizen. Frühstück typisch britisch, kontinentales Frühstück mit Toast, Bohnen, Haggis usw.

Trevligt rum med en fantastisk utsikt. Tyvärr väldigt lyhört, både prat och knarrande av steg hörs genom väggarna. Hotellet ligger precis vid stranden som säkert är väldigt härligt när det är sol. Maten var suveränt god och smaklig, hyfsade priser på mat men dryck ex öl var dyrare än på Edinburghs flygplats. Kanske beror det på att läget är en bra bit från staden/byn så det finns ingen konkurrens. Väldigt trevlig personal.

Hotel staff was amazingly helpful and kind. The beach pods were a unique experience, so well designed and it felt so special to hear the sound of the waves. Great value for money. Definitely recommend!

The view from the cabin was amazing. However the price was very expensive for a beach cabin.

The ‘family room’ consisted of one twin bed and a single bed for a family of four. The room was very strange and uncomfortable with orange carpet and mold in the shower. This hotel was advertised as Fort William, but it was 23 miles outside of town.

Eldre hotell som har blitt oppusset, fin beliggenhet ved sjøen. God kvalitet på både middag og frokost, hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personale. Kommer gjerne tilbake!

This hotel is in a beautiful location right on the water. The staff were very helpful. The dinner was the best I had on our trip to Scotland.
