위치도 괜찮았습니다. 다만 오랜기간 숙박을해도 기본적으로 제공되는 물(water)가 없어서 불편합니다.

I love big rooms and queen beds instead of double in most hotels. Staff was very friendly and helped with all questions without any delay.

Bartender AZ was fantastic. Very welcoming!

Hidden charges added to nightly stay. They did not clean the room for our next night stay but did not tell us we needed to request it

The hotel breakfast was ample and fresh, the bar was convenient and had good service, my room was spacious and clean, and the housekeeping staff was efficient and cleaned the rooms early. The location was good and it was quiet up on 4th floor with good blackout curtains.

This place is an amazing place. You cannot go wrong. The only complaint that I had. I don’t like the bath towels. They’re too rough. Need to have soft towels for the bath after you get out of the shower. That’s the only complaint besides that the place is phenomenal.

From the pictures online, it’s more outdated than expected. The location was in a nice area of Brooklyn. The beds were reasonably soft. Breakfast was not included, so you had the option to add on which was expensive or sit down which service was very slow.

A convenient location in downtown Brooklyn, in walking distance of the Barclays Center. The rooms were newly furnished, clean and bright. The staff was helpful. Close to neighborhoods with little local cafes, restaurants and bars.

Convenient to our trip, big room, quiet, unimpressive restaurant in terms of menu and service.

Hotel internet kept going out every few minutes and had to be re-established on my phone and computer. The room smelled of cleaning fluid and the windows cannot be opened. The bar closes promptly at 11 pm and no food is available after 10 pm. The hotel is ordinary and doesn't have the liveliness of the Ace Hotel down the street.

The staff were great! Very friendly. The room was big and so was the shower. When I go back to NY, I’m staying there again.

Pillows wasn’t comfy husband in a wheelchair didn’t sleep as good the pricing was too expensive for a extra stay wasn’t happy at all no laundry on site room service was very slow
