Very clean apartment (well equipped although it would benefit from a kettle and hairdryer). Excellent location for the main centre of Hamelin.

Receptionisten var i dårlig humør, havde nok haft en travl dag, men var meget negativ over for gæsterne. Men lejligheden var skøn.

Location is amazing. Yards from the centre of town. Parking is a bit of issue. We have a VW Caravelle so we’re able to use the rear of the property at a cost of 18 euros. Comfortable enough rooms. Clean and tidy with all the usual facilities. We had an evening meal which was about the price you would expect for its location, it was plentiful and tasty served by a very nice lady who was also acting as Receptionist.

Super Zentrale Lage, alles Sehenswerte gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Leckeres Frühstück mit genügend Auswahl, hier sollte jeder was finden. Es wurde immer zügig nachgefüllt wenn etwas alle war. Unser Zimmer lag zur Straße, deswegen war das schlafen bei offenem Fenster doch etwas lauter. Wir nutzen den Parkplatz am Schiffsanleger "Parkplatz an der Weser" 2,50€ für 24Std. !!! Zu Fuß dann knapp 10 min ins Hotel.

旧市街の中にあり　裏のカフェからすぐ出られる。部屋も清潔で広く快適でした。 電気ポットを貸して頂けた。

Die unmittelbare Nähe zur Innenstadt ist das einzig wirklich positive an diesem Hotel.

Parkering var tillägg på 18€ per natt. I garage nära hotellet.

Im großen und ganzen einfach ein "Normales" Hotel, die betten sind nicht schlecht, nicht toll sondern okay, das Frühstück punktet durch super Brötchen aber Punktabzug für eher kleine und günstige Auswahl an Aufstrich. Bei mehr als 15€ sollten Lachs und guter Käse schon drin sein.

Sehr gute Lage in der Hamelner Innenstadt. Wir hatten ein großes modernes Appartement und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Haustiere sind willkommen, deshalb haben wir uns für das Hotel entschieden.

Im Nebengebäude gibt es keinen Aufzug in die vielen Treppen sind für einen Gehbehinderten nur sehr schwer zu überwinden. Das Bett ist unangenehm niedrig und ich konnte kaum aufstehen.

Wir waren die Nacht dort sehr zufrieden alles ist super von dort zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir hätten es schöner gefunden wenn man am Telefon genauer gesagt hätte wo der Parkplatz ist oder auch wie wir die Karte dann bekommen haben. Die eine Dame war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit eine andere dagegen leider eher weniger. Frühstück ist okay aber für den Preis kann man in der Nähe auch gut frühstücken gehen mit mehr auswahl.

Personale poco accogliente, camere rifatte in qualche modo (lenzuolo del letto non testo e con tutte le pieghe della notte precedente, lenzuola non fresche (marchiate) e asciugamani non candidi (grigetti), distributore shampoo/bagnoschiuma della doccia il primo giorno vuoto, secondo terzo e quarto giorno non funzionava nonostante lo avessimo fatto presente alla reception tutte le mattine che non usciva prodotto.... Colazione buffet buona

Ein nettes Hotel , ein einfaches aber leckeres Frühstück. Aber beim Check in war die Dame recht unfreundlich kurz angebunden.auf unsere Frage , wo wir den parken könnten, hiess es , müssten wir mal schauen.

Insgesamt ein gutes 3 Sterne-Hotel in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage mit frdl. Personal und Service. Frühstück absolut ok und ausreichend! Zimmer wie auf der WEBSITE beschrieben.

Lovely hotel in the old town area. My room was really spacious and was spotlessly clean and the price included a good buffet breakfast. Everywhere I wanted to see was within walking distance and if I was in the area again I would stay here again

The Hotel is in an excellent location . The room in the the Hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious. the Staff were friendly and helpful. Some of the fixtures and fittings were beginning to show their age, and could do with updating in the near future The rooms would probably benefit from having Tea/Coffee making facilities and at least one English language channel on the TV.

Nice hotel in the centre of Hameln, can be outside noise late evening. Good breakfast buffet style. I have stayed there three times and most staff are pleasant and helpful however one receptionist was unhelpful and miserable appeared not to understand English,otherwise have no complaints.
