This is a wonderful place to stay, and is always very clean and comfortable. But the best part of this hotel would be the owners--they are truly kind, wonderful people who do their best to provide a nice, clean, comfortable and safe place for their customers at a good deal.

Front desk manager was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the mattress was firm and comfortable. Pleasantly surprised with this motel!

The folks here at EXTREMELY kind and supporting. This is a typical quick stop hotel/motel. It isnt the fanciest, but our room was always clean, room service offered every day around noon.

Extremely friendly, family owned. Nowhere near the cleanest or most aesthetically pleasing, but very comfortable and homey. Clean enough to lay your head and take a shower. Perfect for short stays or long term lodging. Would book again

Lovely people. This is an older property that has received some cosmetic upgrades, but could use some capital improvements. It was very clean. I do wish they had addidtional locks on the doors - I did not feel unsafe, but there was only one lock - a turn bolt, but no slide bolt or internal only lock at this motel.

It’s a no frills, very clean motel. I only needed to sleep there because I was busy with graduation. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. And again, I can’t emphasize more how clean it was.

The person at the front desk was incredibly friendly and nice. The room was spacious and clean, everything was functional. The features are a little dated and worn, but the value for the location can't be beat. When we find ourselves back in the Burg, we'll be staying here again.

You can't beat the location + price combination! Walkable (about a mile or so) to Lane Stadium, so you could avoid parking fees and traffic for games, graduations, and other events. While the facility is older, the staff keep the rooms fresh, clean, and comfortable. They even had a nice size mini fridge and microwave. The best aspect are the people. I get the impression this is a family-owned motel, and they were incredibly nice. I came in late evening Saturday for the Hokie Half Marathon on Sunday. The gentleman at the front desk greeted me, we had a fund conversation as I checked in, and he offered to help me with parking in the back. Moreover, when I explained I was there for the race, they offered a late checkout. I was able to come back, rest for a bit, and shower without being bothered by the cleaning team. The cleanliness, comfort, price, and small niceties make this my new go-to when I'm in Blacksburg.
