전망이나 위치. 객실 상태가 전체적으로 좋았지만 체크인시 직원이 불편하게 느낄 정도로 무뚝뚝했어요.

really lovely hotel with really excellent staff. I will return one day in the future.

Lovely hotel with sea views. Staff are super friendly. Bar and restaurant are excellent. We had the apartment which was huge and well decorated with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Hotel is a little isolated from the town but the bar was vibrant.

The overall stay was ok however the evening bar staff at 1040 were surly and really didn't want to serve the staff the relieved them at 11 pm were fine. The rest of the hotel and staff were fine. With the exception of breakfast at 0915 there were no eggs, bacon, hash browns black pudding. In fact the only thing on the hot plates was beans, mushrooms, and tomatoes.

Always a pleasant stay at the View. Just a quick point, the room was unbearably warm.

We had a great one night stay here. Great value for money compared to many other hotels. Although we had a small room, it was twice as big as a lot of chain hotel rooms! Great views. Situated at end of historic Leas which is a fantastic walk. Hotel is in nice period property. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great views. Good relaxing bar. Our room had very smart bathroom. Excellent all round!

Inviting, comfortable and well-prices. Avoid any room directly beside the lift. People wait right outside the door and talk. This disturbed us several times during the night.

The staff were outstanding, very helpful, friendly. Very good dining options.

Lovely, big room. Great view and close to the Eurotunnel.

Excellent value for money . Our room was spacious , clean and comfortable . Little extras like robes. Water and fruit juice made it feel even more luxurious . Perfect location for an event at leas cliff hall

Staff were pleasant on arrival after a long day

The hotel is lovely. Very accommodating staff. We arrived 30 mins early and they allowed us to check in early. They dont have their own parking lot. But you can park outside the hotel. You can get the parking voucher from the hotel.

Sea view and sunrise were phenomenal. Very relaxing stay. Super clean. Staff were excellent. Will be back!

Comfortable well decorated hotel. Excellent location for costal path walks ( a half our walk into Folkestone Harbour ). Decent restaurant on site. Staff friendly and helpful

What a lovely hotel with a fantastic view..Hotel was lovely and clean.on arrival staff were very welcoming. The reception area has a lovely seating area We had twin room which was very large and warm.no draughty windows and heavy blackout curtains.Beds were really comfy Teas and coffees in room were replaced daily also complimentary water. We had breakfast which was made to order during the week but help your self on the weekend. Had options for a full English, breads, cheeses, ham lots of fresh fruit whole or ready sliced on a platter, yogurts and pastries, a great set up for the day. The bar staff were very polite and professional which a well stocked bar. I would definitely recommend this hotel and can't wait to stay here next time we visit the area

It’s out 4th stay in 7 months. Our home from home. We had a sea view again. Wonderful! We had a really warm welcome and loved our stay!

If you need a hotel in Folkestone this is a lovely place to stay. Very polite, helpful and efficient staff will host you making your stay problem free The elegant property offers you beautiful rooms and an excellent restaurant. I have stayed there before and each time I felt welcome and well looked after
