Staff was very acomodating when we needed a room change.

This property was perfect for our stay in Chincoteague. The pool was delightful, our balcony overlooking the bay was lovely at night and for breakfast, and it was close to shopping, restaurants and the park.

Room door falling off. Bar tender couldnt make a drink without google. And couldnt make change. Boardwalk was a Hazzard. And a lot of neglectful parents letting thier kids run wild. Tiny pool . .no room to move .

We picked this location because it looked nicer online than other options in the area and it was available. It was a nice place to stay. The breakfast was ok, but I have better. Also not many options for breakfast. The room was fine - it was clean and quiet with a nice size fridge to hold the things we needed to keep cold. We did stay there during a heat wave and the lobby and hallways were hot because the AC couldn't keep up. Also the ice machines were not working so that was a big pain and we had to go buy ice. The location was good as well. Overall I did like this hotel but it was pricier than other places.

Excellent staff and very friendly

Did not like that there was no free coffee, tea, or water in the lobby. Breakfast was limited, and expensive reported wabbly faucet twice in our bathroom and never got fixed. Ice machines worked one day all week. Had to bring ice bucket down to lobby so that they could fill it. Very inconvenient

Wonderful experience! The rooms were very clean, the staff was very attentive. I highly recommend!

I reserved a big room with a king bed but was stuck in a double bed half the size.

Have stayed here several times. Rooms are excellent although this time there was a lot of noise from room overhead. Charging for daily parking seems to be a money grab also the whole breakfast situation was awkward. I think there needs to be at least a complementary options with the option to pay more if one choses too. I saw a lot of confused guests and some even just get up and walk out.

Nice place. Excellent sunset. Grill was broken. Try Chinotiki up the street.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful we have zero complaints. We will stay here for all of our trips to the area. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff is so polite.

We’ve always had a good experience at marina bay. Clean and well kept. It is a newer hotel on the island

Like new, great view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If anything could be improved upon, I would suggest more soundproofing to prevent hearing footsteps from floor above, and to please add some vegetarian options to the restaurant menu.
