전체 평가 및 리뷰 Village Heights Resort

Estuvimos durante tres noche en familia y nos encantó: personal cercano y amigable, habitaciones amplias y limpias; excelente desayuno buffet con opciones para todos los gustos.

Everything was absolutely fantastic during our stay of 9 nights. The staff were very serviceminded, smiling and professional. The resort was very clean, the pools kept in mint condition and the surroundsings green and blooming. Expecially the food at Rodies was very nice and had plenty to choose from on the menu. The free shuttle service to the lovely beach club was a nice supplement to the whole experience. I give my highest recommendation to families, couples or singles who are looking for a special treat. Thank you for a wonderful stay and great memories for my kids, parents and I.

Service is goed en ideaal voor mensen die rust zoeken, maar ook tegelijk een leuke plek voor kinderen.

For me this was a near perfect set up if you want to relax and unwind, having a collection of villa's rather than a single building means it doesn't feel cramped, likewise being spread out over a big site meant you rarely felt you had to worry about getting a space by the pool like you can at other places. The staff could not be more helpful, most of the extras food and drink where good value and a mini market onsite meant you could top up any supplies easily. No real negatives other than the "mocktails" were incredibly expensive compared to normal soft drinks but that is a choice I made equally the local town is VERY touristy and so don't go there expecting an authentic Greek experience. If I want to chill for a week by the pool in the sun this would be top of my list.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Resort liegt herrlich ruhig in den Bergen. Das Gelände ist sehr schön angelegt mit vielen Blumen und Pflanzen. Alles ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Am zugehörigen Strand Club geht es flach ins Wasser und man hat einen sehr weichen Sandstrand.

We had the most incredible stay at Village Heights Resort and couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that made us feel truly special. They made our honeymoon unforgettable with thoughtful touches that made us feel celebrated and cared for. Whether it was the beautifully prepared room, the complimentary wine, we felt completely spoiled. The resort itself is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. It offered the perfect balance of relaxation and luxury, with breathtaking views, lovely pools, and quiet spots to unwind. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Village Heights Resort for making our honeymoon so magical! We can’t wait to return someday!

The resort is very beautiful and central to beaches and other activities. The resort staff is attentive and kind. The restaurants, especially Roadies! We had an issue with the beach shuttle which resulted in ordering a taxi. The staff was very kind and gracious as a result of that issue. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Resort auf Kreta! Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst nett und freundlich, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Das Essen war einfach hervorragend eine tolle Auswahl an lokalen und internationalen Gerichten, die jeden Gaumen erfreuen. Die gesamte Atmosphäre war entspannend und einladend, perfekt für eine Auszeit vom Alltag. Ich kann dieses Resort nur wärmstens empfehlen, wenn man Erholung und Genuss sucht!

Séjour d’une nuit en direction de l’aéroport. Accueil mitigé, on nous a mis dans un hébergement au fonds du complexe (chambre 713). Le logement n’avait pas été nettoyé ou pas depuis la saison estivale (nombres araignées et poussières) Il y a des traces d’humidité partout et énormément de moustiques, impossible d’ouvrir. Nous étions avec un bébé, un lit parapluie avait été prévu mais on nous a mis dans une chambre avec trois grands escaliers pour accéder (pratique avec une poussette) alors que d’autres étaient plus accessibles. Le complexe est très vieillissant, isolé des centres d’intérêts. Aucune aide avec nos bagages au départ. Et pour finir, on a voulu me faire payer une deuxième fois la chambre me soutenant que ça n’avait pas été payé par hôtel.com Bref une déception totale pour une seule nuit, pauvre vacancier qui viennent passer la semaine dans cette magnifique île qu’est la Crète avec de très beaux endroits.

Excellent séjour en famille. Je recommande ce village resort. L'accueil est chaleureux, le restaurant excellent et Georges , un des serveur est à découvrir. Il parle très bien le français, nous a donné de très bons conseils de visites et a beaucoup d'humour. Le logement (1804)est très grand en duplex, aves 2 belles terrasses, la literie super comme on aime. La femme de ménage très gentille et toujours souriante. Fruits frais à l'arrivée et bouteille d'eau. Mini golf bien aménagé, Tennis, supérette bien achalandée avec horaire d'ouverture XXL Très belles piscines très fraiches à cette époque

Très bon hébergement au calme avec toutes les commodités et un site magnifique.

Séjour parfait ! Rien à redire. Le buffet est très bon, les chambres sont impeccables, très propres. Le personnel est charmant

Hôtel à recommander. Des installations de qualité et des services impeccables. Le cadre est imprenable avec vue sur la mer. Du mini golf aux jeux pour enfants ou les piscines tout est adapté pour un séjour familial dans un cadre idyllique. Une note spéciale pour le restaurant Rhodies - cuisine crétoise dans un cadre privilégié. La taille de la chambre est très adaptée avec un bel espace cuisine. Encore merci nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans votre hôtel.

Un endroit reposant situé dans une zone naturelle très calme. Un endroit idéal pour se relaxer.
