First of all Hotel's location was very good. If we take the A3247 bus to the stop, we can walk to the hotel. While walking to the hotel, you can see the wonderful Zubizuri Bridge. A 15-minute walk along the river will lead you to the Bilbao Guggenheim Museum. The front desk was very friendly and the condition of the room was very good. In the room I can see wonderful sight of the river. If i have chance to revisit Bilbao I will reserve this hotel. Translated in Korean 저는 빌바오 구겐하임 박물관에 방문하기 위해 이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 먼저 호텔의 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 빌바오 공항에서 시내로 들어오기 위해서는 A3247 버스를 이용해야하는데 버스 정류장에서 내린 후 주비주리 다리 쪽으로 온 후 5분 정도 걷다보면 호텔에 도착할 수 있습니다. 또 저의 경우 저녁에 도착했기 때문에 호텔에 들어가면서 멋진 주비주리 다리에 모습을 볼 수 있었습니다. 또 호텔에서 강변을 따라 15분 정도 걷다보면 빌바오 구겐하임 박물관에 도달할 수 있습니다. 개장시간인 10:00에 맞춰서 갔는데 매우 좋았습니다. 프런트 데스크는 24시간 운영되면 매우 친절했습니다.(영어로 체크인 가능합니다.) 또 방도 매우 깨끗했고 안락한 느낌을 받았습니다. 또 방에서 빌바오 강변을 볼 수 있습니다. 빌바오라는 도시가 작고 조용한 도시입니다. 만약에 빌바오를 다시 방문할 기회가 있다면 이 호텔을 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.

The hotel is located right by the river and it has nice walking distance to shops, old city and Guggenheim Museum. The room was clean and pleasant, the staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

도심에서 가까워 매우 편리하였으며 강변을 따라 구겐하임미술관까지도 산책삼아 다녀올 수 있음. 강변을 따라 야경이 매우 훌륭함. 길가에 호텔 바로 옆에 주차장이 있기는 했지만 셀프주차시 주차장 찾기가 쉽지 않았음.

Great location for the Guggenheim, as well as for shopping and the old town. Limited parking at the hotel, book if you can, although parking nearby too. Staff ppokite and helpful. Cold continental breakfast; good quality, great if that's what you want.

Buena atención, son amables. Parking de cobro en el sótano El desayuno está bien, el lugar es agradable. La habitación pequeña pero bien. El baño bien pero no hay donde colgar las toallas… Cerca al museo, al centro, a restaurantes del otro lado del río, al funicular.

This is a very new and modern hostel just next to the City Hall. Easy access to both the Old Town and the Guggenheim, etc. Breakfast was reasonably priced and offered plenty of food options. The room had everything except for an electric kettle. We understand fixing tea isn't a suggested action since there's a cafe downstairs, but we would have appreciated preparing hot drinks in the still cold spring weather. Overall it was a great stay.

La ubicación es muy buena. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas y el estacionamiento un poco difícil de acceder. Está a 10 mins caminando del casco antiguo.

Boa localização, quarto limpo e confortável. O dafé da manhã é fraco, poucas opções. Mas foi uma boa noite de sono, recepcionistas muito gentis. O colchão podia ser mais macio...

Location, friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel piccolo ma carino, molto vicino al centro. Stanza abbastanza grande, letto comodo, camera molto luminosa. Colazione non eccezionale, molti prodotti non freschi ma incartati e scartati al momento. Ci hanno fatto parcheggiare al secondo piano seminterrato, accessibile solo con un ascensore per auto. Con un'auto di dimensioni medio grandi, difficile fare la manovra per scendere, avremmo preferito un posto al primo piano seminterrato. Per uscire poi, siamo dovuti entrare in ascensore in retromarcia! Personale molto disponibile, purtroppo poco informato in merito alla nuova zona a basse emissioni.

El hotel todo genial, pero no sé si ha sido mala suerte o que, pero cuando llegué al parking del hotel el coche estaba perfecto, y al irme estaba la rueda pinchada, llamé a la grúa a ver qué había pasado y había un cutter clavado, pedí mirar las cámaras y solo me decían que no se podría ver nada, porque solo se ve la parte delantera del coche, no sé si será porque tengo una bandera de España puesta en el coche, pero el caso es que me han pinchado la rueda trasera y he tenido que perder tiempo, añado una foto del mismo

Location was perfect for us - on the river right next to the Old Town. Everything was walkable for us. Room was more spacious than expected and was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast at under 10€ was a bargain.

The room and parking were basic and adrquate, clean. Staff were helpful. For an economy roomi think it was alittl over priced. The no frill breakfast was not worth the money. The single elongate pillow was not practical, the air conditioning was good but you could not turn it on when needed. I do realise that such resource have to carefully used, or at least have an opportunity to do so.After breakfast the air con worked, just prior to leaving.

Le stationnement est super petit et on doit prendre l’ascenseur avec la voiture. Une expérience en soi!
