Andrea was in charge at the register, she couldn’t comprehend how to do anything she couldn’t find my reservation and was extremely rude telling me that she’s the owner of the hotel and she can do whatever she wants and talk to anybody however she wants. They gave me a better room this time still no AC but at least I had warm water to take a shower no hole above the grade this time so nobody can look down upon me while showering. My only concern is how guest are treated with staff who is disrespectful.

A pesar de que en la aplicación decía que el desayuno era gratis, no me lo respetaron, la zona donde está ubicado el hotel muy sucia y con percepción de inseguridad.

Más wue hotel es un motel. El área donde está ubicado es sucio e inseguro. Hasta los chiferes de UBER y Taxi recomiendan no caminar por el área y solo salir/llegar del hotel en carro.

It was a nice hotel for a cheap price, it was a bit noisy with other people playing loud music into the evening, but the creepy thing I found is that they can’t watch you shower from a grade in the ceiling of the bathroom

The room was clean and they cleaned it often. It was a bit noisy with people playing their music last into the night, but the worst thing was that they can watch you shower naked from a shower grade above

Front desk and cafeteria staff are great, super friendly and rooms was clean but is right in front of a plaza, you can hear a lot of noise since early morning.

Attitudes when requesting service was very bad. Got over charged for breakfast. The room was very cold 24 hours a day.
