호텔은 조용했고 1층에 free 마들렌을 두어서 서비스가 좋았습니다. 불편한점은 화장실이 많이 좁고 삼각형 방이어서 좀 어색했습니다. 방이 좁은것 이외에 불편한점은 없었습니다. 침구도 편안하고 좋았습니다. I booked prestige room but room is a bit small and bath room is quite small as well. but bed is very comfort and clean. hotel offers free madeleine on the lobby , so I can eat sometimes. and location is also good. very close to subway.

보통이었습니다. 방은 청결하게 유지하나 식당과로비가 하나이지만 협소하여 식사때 여유를 즐기지 못합니다.

직원들이 아주 친절합니다. 방은 생각보다 작지만 실용성있고 지내는데 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 특히 리모델링을 해서 너무 깨끗하고 청소상태도 훌륭합니다. 위치도 지하철역과 가깝고 주변에 식당도 많으며 5분거리에 개선문이 있습니다. 다음에도 또 오고 싶은 곳입니다. 외출시 물도 매일 챙겨주셔서 더욱 좋았습니다.

화장실이 아주 깨끗합니다. 침대가 아주 편합니다. 스탭들이 아주 친절합니다. 방크기는 주변이랑 비슷하게 작은 편. 옆방 소음이 안 들려 좋았습니다.

파리 시내 관광을 위한 숙소위치로는 매우 훌륭함. - 개선문까지 도보로 10분 소요 - 도보로 4분 거리에 지하철 1호선 역이 있음 4성급에 걸맞는 직원들의 친절함 및 청결함 싱글 침대 두개가 있는 방의 경우 구조가 불편함

Tolles Hotel

Bel hôtel, chambre agréable et confortable. Bon ptit dej

Had a great stay at this property, a very quiet, chic hotel close to the Arc de Triomphe. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, the area was quiet and safe easy to access from the centre of Paris. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others as staff were lovely. Would stay again!

Great find. Simple, not huge but elegantly decorated and comfortable with friendly staff. Breakfast was also very nice.

Normaliter laten we geen beoordeling achter, maar dit hotel liet ons geen keus. Smiley heeft ons warm ontvangen en heeft ons uitstekende service verleend. De kamer was zeer netjes en niet te vergeten schoon. Het metrostation ligt op loopafstand en in de omgeving zijn diverse restaurants en winkels te vinden.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. The hotel is conveniently located near train/metro station making travel easier.

The first room we had smelled like someone smoked inside, so we immediately requested a new room. The televisions in the rooms offered Google chromecast capabilities. However, the chromecast was terrible. It would not connect to my iPhone, or wouldn't even start. The first gentlemen at the front desk told me he would look into fixing it. Later that day, a lady at the front desk said it got fixed. Just for me to show up to my room and for it to still not be working. I went back the next morning to tell them it still isn't working, and they said that it should work and they will look again. Later that night, a different man told me very rudely and unwelcoming that it would not support my phone. The next day, the original gentleman came into my room with me to see it not work and he offered us a different room. So we packed all of our stuff and switched rooms to where it supposedly was working. Only, for it not to work. As compensation, the hotel offered us breakfast and a bottle of wine (I rated the bottle very poor as well). The hassle of a very simple request not being met, dealing with rude employees, and switching rooms mid trip (not at all a convenience), to go along with a pitiful compensation, made this experience unpleasant. The entrecote and metro station around the corner was the highlight.

First off, this property seems to have been renovated so it is overall pretty modern looking vs typical European style. The staff speak English and are all very kind and helpful. There are snacks for free to take in the lobby (brownies, cookies, lollipops, and free hot water, cups, coffee, tea) which was awesome and was helpful for us going out during the day and needing some snacks along the way. Room was very spacious both the room and the bathroom. Our room has two small balconies which was great though they are small (Paris standard) so we didn’t use but was nice to have. Room was clean overall (def some age despite more modern looking but not a bother at all, I am quite picky about cleanliness and found this overall great!) amazing toiletries provided including slippers and bathrobes whcih were a great touch! Breakfast was also good. Not extreme amount of choices but good enough. Easy to find, safe and quiet neighbourhood and very close to train station to get to tourist sites. Would definitely come back :) not to mention can walk over to arc de triomphe!
