UST에서 열리는 행사에 참석해야 했는데, 이 숙소는 위치가 정말 좋았어요. 대학교까지 걸어서 10분 거리였거든요. 방은 넓었고, 더블 침대 하나와 싱글 침대 하나가 있어서 저 혼자 쓰기에도 충분했어요! 편안하긴 했지만, 방에서 일을 할 수 있었으면 더 좋았을 거예요. 그래서 아래층 카페 테이블을 이용해서 일을 했어요. 직원분들도 정말 친절했고, 위치와 방 모두 훌륭했어요. 다만, 대로변에 있어서 밤새 트럭 소리와 경적 소리 때문에 잠을 제대로 잘 수 없었던 게 문제였어요. 3박째에는 결국 다른 방으로 옮겨야 했어요! 저처럼 잠귀가 예민하지 않다면 괜찮을지도 모르겠네요.

Customer service was not very good especially the front desk people and answering the front desk phone. They will ask you to deposit $20.00 dollars for security bond and key purpose... Is this how this hotel runs?

Overall all stay was over-satisfactory. Approachable and help-convenient receptionists. (Hope they have name-tags for identification), clean rooms. Hopefully they can extend an in-room service for more convenient purposes for guests.

It's clean as compared to other cheap accommodations.

The room is nice. The Beds are comfy. The hot shower is functioning well. They have bidet. Air conditioning is working well. The room is clean. The staffs are accommodating. The only problem is that our room is facing lacson ave. so it's a bit noisy specially in the morning.

Thumbs up to the service of this hotel. The staffs are very kind and friendly. The location is perfect because it's just 1 trike ride to fastfood chains/convenient stores and just a few meters from bus stations.

Since I am a traveller, I stayed in different hotels, aparttelle, condominiums and inns. For 1,600+ good for 4pax is not a good deal. Their wifi is weak and also they don't have any cable channels.
