Todo perfecto. No estás andando del centro del puerto sino en una urbanización en alto peor se puede aparcar bien y está muy tranquilo. Para descansar genial

Le personnel de l'accueil etait extremement serviable

Jättetrevlig personal, framför allt han i receptionen. Hotellet ligger bra vid kusten och har en fantastisk vy över havet. Tänk dock på att havsutsikt också är mot norr, så ingen sol. Lägenheten var bra, men hotellet är slitet, det är t.ex. svårt att se vad som står på

Das Appartement war absolut sauber, die Einrichtung der Küche allerdings etwas dürftig und die Möbel / Matratzen etwas abgewohnt. Das Personal war stets freundlich. Die Lage der Clubs Tarahal ist wirklich gut, wenn einem Wandern und Insel erkunden wichtiger sind, als das Baden im Meer.

The room was very basic but functional. Not overly clean. We stayed in 316 (ocean view) and there was a constant smell of drains near the bathroom/spare bedroom. When we arrived the room first smelt strongly of bleach maybe to disguise the drain smell. Reception were at lunch when we arrived and although the email instructions to our room were good the very last piece of information to find our room was not on the notes so we were going up and down stairs in the heat and with a heavy suitcase trying to locate our room. Limited power points. Staff were very helpful. Very quiet accommodation. No noise disturbances at all. All in all our stay fulfilled our need of a quiet relaxing break but I wouldn’t rebook.

Los apartamentos están bien, muy tranquilos, buena zona con buenas vistas, limpios, he echado en falta el aire acondicionado que no tiene, hubiera venido bien aunque el calor no era afisiante, también una nevera grande, es diminuta, por lo demás bien

Muy bueno el hotel muy limpio y muy agradable su entorno lo mejor para relajarse, además fuimos recibidos en la víspera de navidad con champagne i vino. Muy rápido el contacto con la recepción volveremos sin duda.

Great place to stay, just out of Puerto de la Cruz but still very much walkable (a bit hilly coming back from town), would stay again

Nice area, a lot of parking spaces nearby but the room was so dirty… do not take it

Hyvin varusteltu tilava, siisti huoneisto valtavalla parvekkeella josta upea merinäkymä. Ainoa miinus olohuoneen loppuunistutuista sohvista, mutta emme antaneet sen haitata, kun kaikki muu oli priimaa. Paljon portaita, ei sovi liikuntaesteiselle, mutta kaikille muille suosittelen lämpimästi. Iso plussa myös henkilökunnalle , joka oli hyvin iloista ja avuliasta.

Appartement a bit old but the view was great from the apartment as well as from the pool. Very good reactivity from the reception as well. Could find a parking lot with no issue. I recommend.

Brilliant apartment good area liked how they left bedding towels ect at ur door do ur own cleaning also apartment had a washing machine

The place was lovely, people very friendly, we came late to check in and found a bottle of water on the table which we desperate needed, it saved us! Also bottle of wine which was very nice. The building was looking calming that you wanted to stroll around, get to swimming pool or just sit on a tarace, children could be there for all day. Definitely we will return there.

Struttura vicinissima al mare, equipaggiata e pulita vicinissima ai negozi in una delle parti più belle si Puerto de la Cruz. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliata.
