We arrived in time to enjoy the Sunday Evening music and food truck in the park. The river was raging due to all the rain.

Great experience from check in to check out! Clean, safe, and family friendly. Located in the heart of Chippewa Falls and walking distance to many shops and things to do.

Signage was poor making it hard to find.

Friendly staff and nice walkable location to nearby restaurants, riverside park and bars/distillery.

Room was clean and I always appreciate having a coffee maker!

Stay was amazing. We'll probably stay again since our kids live in the area.

The good: awesome overall hotel, great staff, clean and a great location. The bad: while not the worst, parking is across the street and they must have a septic tank instead of sewer because it was being pumped. The smell of raw sewage permeated the lobby area and standing outside for a few minutes while loading up was almost impossible as the access was right next to the main lobby door.

It is downtown Chippewa Falls, so there are shops around it. There is a coffee shop right next to it for coffee lovers!! The negative was the traffic noise but we still had a great sleep!!

Great location to experience Chippewa Falls. A nice distance to walk to Leinenkugel’s and plenty of local restaurants in the area

A little disappointed with the check in experience this time. We waited 5 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk. We could hear several people talking and joking around back in the office. Everything else was fine as always.

Best scallops I have ever eaten.. wonderful staff

The property in room was very clean and nice. They have breakfast in the morning for the guest, but on our first morning it was supposed to be open till 10 AM and we arrived at 9:15 for breakfast, all the hot food was gone, only cold food left, and they cleaned it up and kind of.

Great property in downtown Chippewa Falls. Close to a couple good restaurants and a neat little coffee shop. Walkable to the river park.

Just thought it was odd that there was no one to welcome you and that you had to pick up a phone for any front desk service

Very well kempt facility

There really was no staff other than at check in. I've never been asked if I would need the housekeeping service or not but I didn't mind as it was very clean and nice. Same breakfast...like the same trays of food both mornings...I could tell. I think I may have been the only guest.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of downtown. The area was walkable and had a lot to offer. The hotel was very clean, check in was quick and convenient.

Great hotel in town. No one at the front desk when we arrived. There was a sign to call to check in at the front desk. Called and it took about 10 min for staff to arrive and check us in. The fireplace in the lobby did not work. Other than those two minor things, the hotel was great for a stay while visiting valley burgers
