이 숙소 엘레베이터 아예 안되고, 엄청 시끄럽습니다. 1층에 레스토랑이랑 바가 있고, 이게 노상까지 이어져있어요, 저는 1XX호 에 묵었는데, 우리나라로 치면 2층에서 묵은건데, 1층 야외바에서 밤새 노는소리때문에 진짜 시끄러웠고, 엄청 밝은 가로수도 밤새도록 켜져있는데, 블라인드는 또 안내려와요... 어디서나 잘자는 사람인데 진짜 잠못자고 힘든 2박이었습니다.. 한국분들한테 정말 비추할게요....

Great location in centre of St Paul’s square close to bars and restaurants Room was ok bed a bit uncomfortable but ok for one night breakfast and meals in bar restaurant were great and good value Staff were friendly and service was on point

The lift was out of order. Our room was in 2nd floor.

First time staying here and was excellent, perfect location with excellent rooms and food

Room was fantastic, air conditioning was a blessing, great touches with the sweets and the welcome drinks. If i am being picky i still miss a biscuit with my coffee. Reception staff were brilliant as were the bar staff. Already booked another trip and will be my go to choice for trips to Birmingham Keep up the great work guys

Good points - nice decor, great food, nice staff, good location Bad points - slightly leaky toilet, very hard mattress and pillows, noise issue made it difficult to sleep

No working safe in room, no inside door clip lock , bathroom light not working , right I’m internet on a timer , 10 min max. But great location very trendy bar , cool industrial vibe ,

Clean room, comfy and convenient.Reasonable price for this part of Birmingham.Would recommend.

All good but one slight niggle barely half a roll of toilet paper isn’t ideal.. Surely these things should be checked and confirmed via housekeeping.

The menu was fresh, although small portions. I ordered the avocado on sourdough. Two poached eggs on one small piece of sourdough.

Dirty room, hairs on matttess, flimsy skinny pillows with giant pillow cases tha just come off!

Probably more than 3 stars as the staff were lovely, the bar was very lovely, the food was extremely lovely, the room in general was super lovely- a complimentary bottle of fizz, OJ and water. £21 for 24hrs parking..about the cost of Brum these days and it is on site at the rear through the archway. A 30 second walk to the Jam House. But..and it is a BIG but…the bed/mattress was terribly uncomfortable leading to a not so lovely nights sleep..which is kind of the point as I was planning to rebook for another trip in June. So many positives about the hotel though but an honest perspective from myself.

After reception registration we found our way to our rooms and found out why the hot air heating was set at 26°,the old wooden sash windows wouldn't seal and could see the curtains wafting also the bathroom towel heater tripped out the plug sockets so had to get the receptionist to reset the trip switch (twice).Our friends next door experienced a bad night's sleep due to the bed's mattress having more crators than the moon.Worst of all the hotel's heating/air con machines hummed all night as the inadequate sash windows didn't snuff out the noise.So pleased we only stayed one night and glad to get home and recoup our lost sleep the next night.The staff were helpful with the outage problem just hope the other problems are rectified to persuade us to return in future.

Lovely spacious room which is well appointed and furnished tastefully. We did not eat food at the restaurant/ bar on this occasion but would certainly give it a go if we have a need to stay in Birmingham again in the future. Staff were really helpful and friendly and location wise the hotel is a reasonably short walk to venues such as Utilita arena.
