Excellent hotel

Todo lo relacionado con la estancia es fe 5 estrellas, pero el hotel siendo un sheraton llama la atencion la carencia de servicios de recreacion, esparcimiento, no ofrece masajes, no tiene piscina techada, no me dieron la opcion de pension completa, no funciona el spa.... en fin muchos No.... que de verdad hacen que la estancia nonsea 5 estrellas

I did not have an ocean view, always nice the room though, staff always really noce and hotel so clean

Not 4 stars. Very very noisy and tasteless design. Classic all inclusive hotel. If you like that kind of hotel great.

Phenomenal hotel. Excellent staff and very warm welcome. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hôtel mal entretenu

Room had super comfortable bed and Iva on reception booked me into a superior room Iva was very helpful and made our stay very welcome The Hotel had a lovely design of plants and superb views over the Benidorm skyline I

Unfortunately, the hotel (hallways, lobby, elevators, third floor, and even the garage) had a nauseating smell. The room itself was perfect; the issue was only in the common areas. I understand that sometimes a drainage pipe can break at a time when it can’t be repaired immediately, for example. What bothered me, however, was that when I asked the front desk agent about the strong smell, he told me he didn’t notice anything. He even asked the security guard next to him, and he also said he didn’t smell anything. The next day, when I checked out, I asked the same question to the morning front desk agent, and she explained that they had a problem with a waste pipe since the night before. She apologized and told me they were working to resolve it as quickly as possible. Same problem, same question, but completely different attitude toward the guest. That’s the reason for my rating.

Nonostante la stanza sia stata di gradimento (ampia, pulita, vista mare), quello che non abbiamo apprezzato è la quantità estrema di profumatori utilizzati per coprire un odore di fondo proveniente dalla fognatura. Non è forte come mi è capitato in altre strutture ma si sente bene

Great room. We were there at a quiet time of year so maybe to be expected but staffing levels didn’t seem adequate for the number of guests. We waited a long time to check in and there were also long waits at the bar. Good variety at breakfast but the food under the heated lamps was cold and one of the coffee machines was out of action for our stay. Quite a way out of time so nice and quiet but nearest bus stop was about a 15 minute walk away and buses were infrequent

La habitación estaba muy bien la limpieza muy bien un hotel lujoso pero la habitación que me dieron había un ruido a motor terrible no pude dormir en toda la noche pedí que vengan a ver el ruido y nadie vino al día siguiente hice el reclamo

Great Property Room getting too heated AC was not working, and they asked to keep window open and we fell sick

It was much more than we expected.
