저는 작년에도 카이스트 벨라비스타에 머문적있엇어여. 카운터직원들도 너무친절햇구요.호텔방도 환경도좋고 시설도 좋고 우선 손님이 편하게 쉬여야죠.근데 진짜 자기집 같은 편한함만끽햇어요.넘 좋앗어요.기회되면 또 가고싶어여^^

항상 깨끗한환경에 조용한분의기에 카운터직원들도 너무 친절하고 편한한 마음으로 자주 다니고싶어지고요.친구들한테도 권유하고싶어지네요.^^

빌라베스호텔은 편한하게 휴식취할수있는 분위기였고 저는 좀 분위기를많이선호하는편이라 저한테는 아담하고 깔끔한 인테리어가 딱 맘에들엇어요. 예약도빠르고 하여간 기분좋은날이엿어요.근데 한가지 보증금을 별도로받고 일두일정도되면 환불해주는데 다른호텔과 차이점이라면 보증금문제도 고객들한테는 어느정도부담되기도하는거죠.이것외에는 모두만족햇습니다.

청소상태가 보통이였지만 대부분 만족합니다.

Process was easy, venue clean and comfortable. Staff all very helpful and friendly , nothing too much trouble.. water pressure was not good in the kitchenette and water not hot. Also for future reference, bathroom deign awful, no space water goes everywhere from shower, a( drainage not Good) Sliding doors would be more suitable. Instead of having to squeeze in round doors opening inwards. We

Yes, the rooms were good and spotless. However the staff missed out on room service for which they compensated with waiving off the parking charges.

La chambre etait parfaite. L'hotel est dans un endroit tres calme, c'est tres appréciable. Par contre, notre badge pour le parking (option payante) n'a pas fonctionné en pleine nuit donc nous avons été facturé alors que la voiture est restée dans la rue !!! L'accuiel nous a dit que ça arrivait parfois !!

Nice people and good service

The greeting from the lady at check in was lovely & she explained everything clearly. The room was a connecting room & we could hear a lot of talking from next door, soundproofing was not great. The bed in our room was not very comfortable, it was a king bed but one side had a dip in it, could use a new mattress. The kitchen had a 2 burner cooktop, bar fridge & enough utensils for cooking. The bathroom was a bit tired but ok for us as it was just an overnight stay.

Room spacious and clean, small changes needed and handled well by staff. Will be back

Perfect location for us, clean and tidy rooms and very comfortable bedding.

Room was ok, clean and all necessary amenities, did smell a little musty. However, there was no hot water in the room and we were unable to speak to reception as it was closed. Wifi was provided but we were unable to log on.
