매우 편안했습니다. 위치도 좋고, 이동하기도 편리했습니다. 직원분들도 친절했습니다. 다음에 또 방문할 예정입니다.

부기스 스트리트 바로 뒤편에 있어서 위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 체크인이 좀 느렸습니다. 자정에 관광객 무리가 체크인하기 전까지는 방이 정말 좋았습니다. 그때서야 방 벽이 얇다는 걸 깨달았습니다. 옆방에서 아이들이 비명 지르는 소리, 위방에서 아이들이 뛰어다니는 소리가 다 들렸습니다. 귀마개만 챙겨가면 괜찮을 거예요. 위치가 정말 좋거든요!

체크인부터 체크아웃까지 정말 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 예상치 못했던 두 가지가 있었는데, 방이 너무 작고 벽이 얇았다는 점이었습니다.

호커센터, 쇼핑몰, 기차역 근처에 있는 호텔입니다.

가족과 함께 휴가를 보내기 좋은 곳이에요!

인도네시아인의 경우 화장실에 비데가 없지만 괜찮고 깨끗하고 객실도 편안하고 주변 환경도 괜찮습니다. 24시간 음식이 많아요

일요일에 우리 방에는 청소 직원이 없었습니다. 변기에 제트 샤워를 설치하는 것이 더 좋을 것입니다.

Hotel is one of the best option, location wise. Super convenient going to malls, street food, and MRT station. ⭐.‼But what disappoints 😕 me was actually the toilet doesn't have bidet spray and there 's a glass wall to separate the toilet and bath. This is not comfortable for me, especially when I am entering the bathroom and the door is blocking the way to get in. I have to squeeze myself 😂.

Love the loft room. The room is clean and bed is comfortable.

Ukuran kamar kecil tapi cukup buat istirahat. Kolam renang gak terlalu dalam dan viewnya bagus, ada tempat laundry (berbayar), dekat dari mrt, bus station, banyak resto halal dan souvenir shop. Saran: kalo untuk family lebih baik pesan 2 kamar dengan connecting room. Staff ramah dan helpful.

Kamarnya bagus, tingkat gitu. Yang terutama bersih ya. Lokasi sangat strategis, depan hotelnya langsung halte. Kalau mau menginap dekat bugis, hotel ini recommended. Depan hotel juga langsung mall dan foodcourt.

My room view was blocked with black wall by next door building, when I request to change room they said no other room available. The staff seems have difficulties in English. After was my first night the room attendant knocked my room to be clean on 9am when I was still asleep. I left note to ask if we can get more water bottles but seems they just ignored which its normal request whenever I travel. Room rather small. Can say the staff not really friendly nor genuine as service industry. Good point is the location is convenient within Bugis and near to 2 mrt station bugis and bras basah.

5 minutes walk to Bugis MRT, shopping centre is everywhere in the neighborhood, marina bay is in walkable distance

Bentuk loft hotel sebenarnya unik, Tapi bagi saya mercure bugis lokasinya champion dimana banyak tempat makan enak dan oleh oleh bisa diperoleh hanya dengan walking distance di sekitar hotel. Juga ada lanskape heritage, dekat situ.

Awesome! Saya diizinkan early check-in dari jam 10 pagi loh tanpa additional charge. Top banget. Kamar bersih dan nyaman, desain interiornya sangat modern, very satisfied! Thank you Traveloka 😊

Bagi keluarga yang menganut pola hidup vegetarian, hotel ini sangat cocok karena di sebelah Mercure ada 1 gedung Fortune centre yang memiliki restoran-restoran vegetarian yang recommended untuk breakfast, lunch, dan dinner banyak pusat pertokoan seperti Bugis +, Bugis function, OG, Bugis street, etc di sekitarnya. Kondisi kamar agak kotor, berdebu.
