sky sweet 룸이 아주 좋았어요 1박이라 많이 아쉬웠습니다 로마시내 다니기에도 편한곳입니다

메인 게이트가 닫힐때 자동으로 락이 걸려서 안쪽에서 잠금장치를 해제해줘야 하는 문인데, 2박 숙박 당시 야간의 컨시어지가 흡연자였음. 컨시어지가 흡연을 하러 나갈때 밖에서 문을 열수가 없으니 메인 게이트를 열어놓고 호텔 앞에서 흡연을 하는데 그 담배 연기가 호텔 2층까지 올라와서 방문을 뚫고 들어옴. 저녁시간만 되면 온 호텔이 흡연장에 들어온듯한 냄새가 풍겨서 컨시어지에게 클레임을 걸었으나, 당 호텔은 전 객실이 금연객실이라는 말만 반복하였음. 룸 컨디션은.. 매일매일 침구류와 화장실 정리정도는 해주는것 같으나, 바닥 구석구석에 쌓여있는 먼지나 스탠드 등 위에 쌓여있는 먼지는 4.8점의 평점과는 거리가 확실히 있는듯 하였음. 침대가 더블사이즈의 침대였으나, 싱글사이즈 2개를 딱 맞게 붙여놓은 유형의 침대였고, 재질은 탑퍼 라텍스 혹은 전체 라텍스 침대였음.. 신혼여행 마지막 행선지였던 로마의 호텔은 가장 만족스럽지 못한 호텔로 기억이 남음. 스페인광장이 굉장히 가까운곳 있고, 호텔의 지대 자체가 높은곳에 있기 때문에 도보로 다닐경우 언덕을 올라다닌다는 듯한 느낌을 받을수도 있음. 골목길에 위치하고 있기 때문에 주변의 소음은 전혀 없으며, 떼르미니역에서는 도보이동은 무리, 택시를 이용해서 가는것을 추천함.

Parking is around the block; we drove down the street to check in/drop our luggage. Friendly afternoon staff & great service; easy check in, spacious room, comfy bed, nice shower, great location! Incredible breakfast inside or on patio! Terrace had spectacular views!

Gabrielle was super nice and helpful the staff were all very nice and the breakfast buffet was great

Personale gentile e disponibile e posizione comoda. ma non esattamente quello che mi aspetto da un 4 stelle come struttura. Anche rapporto prezzo qualità sfavorevole

Very friendly and service minded staff. Excellent view over a green park. Quiet area and still very close to shopping area.

Pour : l'hôtel a visiblement été refait récemment, et les équipements sont irréprochables. Contre : la chambre était absolument minuscule, il fallait se contorsionner pour contourner le lit. Contre : le jour de notre départ, le concierge a été particulièrement antipathique et méprisant, sans que quoi que ce soit n'ait plus provoquer un tel comportement. Il a fait semblant de ne pas comprendre mon anglais, alors que je le parle couramment, et chaque fois que je posais une question, il levait les yeux au ciel comme s'il avait 15 ans et demi. Malheureusement, tout bien considéré, un mauvais souvenir.

Trevlig vistelse på rent och fint hotell med alla tänkbara bekvämligheter. Dessutom väldigt centralt. Det enda lilla minuset var kanske att rummen var mindre än vad jag tänkt mig. Ett de luxe var…trångt för två.

Terrific hotel! Rooms were very nice and spacious! Property was very clean! Roof top was nice touch and wish we would have had more time to enjoy it! Staff was super friendly and always helpful! Location is very convenient access to Rome attractions!

Great room, good looking hotel, very nice staff, you can walk to the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps from there. I particularly commend the breakfast staff, they were awesome.

We enjoyed 2 nights at Hotel degli Artisti. The staff was very helpful and accommodating for our first trip to Rome. The location was great and we could walk to several of the must see sites!! The room was perfect and very comfortable!! Nothing negative to say about our short stay. We will be back!!!
