오전에 도착했음에도 불구히고 빠른체크인을 해주었고 응대하는 직원들 모두 전문적ㅣ고 친절했습니다. 룸의 상태는 최상이었으며 욕실상태 방음상태 아주 좋았습니다. 특히 조식은 너무 훌륭해서 아침식사때마다 기분이 좋았읍니다. 바르셀로나에 있는동안 5박을 할정도로 시설 위치 직원응대 어느하나 부족함이 없었습니다.

가격 대비 호텔 컨디션이 좋았습니다. 그리고 위치도 좋아 여행다니기 편했어요. 나름 추천합니다.

휴가 성수기가 아니었는데도 바르셀로나 호텔가격은 비쌌다. 이 호텔은 객실의 상태와 조식이 예술이다. 강추!! 강추!!

루프탑과 조식, 침대 및 룸의 청결상태와 직원 서비스 등 뭐하나 흠잡을게 없이 좋았습니다 특히, 룸에서 나오던 음악은 선곡을 누가 한 것인지 분위기외 너무 잘 맞아 반해버렸어요

Walking distance (10 min) to shopping areas and good bars/restaurants. Staffs, room, stay, location was perfect except for the towels in which white bits of clothings kept falling from them

깔끔하고 현대적인 분위기가 돋보이는 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 교통이 좋고 깔끔한 분위기의 세련된 번화가에 위치에 있어서 이곳저곳 걷거나 버스를 타고 바르셀로나를 여행할 때 매우 좋았습니다. 다만 좋은 위치, 시설에 비해 호텔리어들의 친절도는 부족한 편이라 아쉽습니다. 그리고 보증금 100유로를 요구하니 미리 준비해두시기 바랍니다.

번화가에서 거리가 조금 멀어서 그게 좀 불편했지만, 나름 조용했고 호텔 내 서비스는 전반적으로 너무 마음에 들었습니다. 다만 기본 어메니티가 제공되지 않아서 살짝 아쉬웠고 그 외 룸컨디션은 완전 만족! 조식보다는 로비옆에 있는 바에서 먹는 아침이 너무너무 맛있었고, 침대가 너무 편안해서 5일동안 매일매일 꿀잠잤어요!

It is the best stay in spain. They are very sweet and kind and i was deeply moved and really impressed. Stay is very cozy and also room mood is modern and warm. Terrace was wonderful. Thank you for the Hotel staff. Let me show the message in room mirror. It has touched my heart.

Super convenient location All is reachable by walking distance

The room was in ok condition - cleaners are honestly doing a great job , however , no hand or body lotion ! Two people stayed and only one toothbrush ? Strange , but ok. Room seemed cold at 21 degrees , no option on putting this higher.Half of sockets didnt work and lamps near tv side had no light bulbs :) I am a member at hotels.com and expedia and website shows clear benefits on stay that hotel is not aware of , team seems unfriendly and unprofessional! If weather wont be great - renting an umbrella seems to be impossible. Staff dont know the area at all - unable to order taxi or suggest restaurant! Offered a free drink but impossible to order one because bartender was busy with other things ! Wont come back and wont suggest for others

Above all, we were extremely disappointed by the lack of basic service and communication during our stay. When we requested new towels, we were informed that no housekeeping staff were on site and were asked to wait 30 minutes. This was inconvenient and unacceptable for a hotel stay. In addition, there was no wine opener provided in the room. When we contacted the front desk, we were told to purchase one ourselves at a nearby 7-Eleven. The following day, when we asked to borrow a wine opener from the bar, we were told to bring our bottle to the bar for opening instead. These responses were unhelpful and reflected a clear lack of guest-oriented service. Furthermore, I had VIP access through Hotels.com, which included benefits such as a complimentary beverage. However, these VIP benefits were never mentioned or explained at check-in or at any point during our stay. As a result, we were unable to use benefits that we were clearly entitled to. Taken together, these issues significantly impacted our experience and did not meet the standards we expect from a property listed on Hotels.com, especially considering the advertised VIP benefits. We respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate compensation or resolution be considered.

We had a wonderful stay at The Corner Hotel. The reception staff were extremely friendly. Our room was beautiful, well appointed, extremely comfortable. We stayed in a superior room with great views. Breakfast was vast and delicious. Area is very upscale, with most sights within walking distance. Loved our stay and will repeat later in the year upon our return to Barcelona.
