The hotel couldn't be located at the hotel address, depends on the room (after checking in, staffs guide the real address) so if you have many baggages it could be hard to move the baggages. The room is clean, but also the bathroom. It's close to main Bazilika Mariacka and other things, and the ice cream by rosenthal shop is very delicious

좋은점-안전확실, 침대푹신!!!,난방좋음,위치굿,특별히 화장실바닥까지 열선이 깔려있어 너무 따뜻~ 전반적으로 좋았습니다~~ 불편한점-세탁기가 없어서 15분거리의코인세탁소까지 가야함 가족들이 사용하기에 주방도구가 부족함 룸클리닝을 해주지않아 불편했슴~ 그래도 리셉션에 내려가서 수건,휴지를 쉽게 받을수있었슴~~ 총평ㅡ다음에 다시오면 묵을의향은 있습니다~^^

체크인부터 잘 도와주셨고 전체적으로 깔끔하고 만족스러웠습니다. 올드타운에서 이렇게 가격대비 깔끔하고 괜찮은 아파트가 없어서 여기를 골랐습니다. 위치는 찾기 어렵지 않았고 올드타운에 있어서 관광지와 가까워서 좋았습니다. 다만 1층이고 앞에 Irish pub이 있어서 조금 소음이 있었구요, 와이파이가 신호가 약해서 조금 불편한거 빼고는 큰 불편함은 없었습니다.

편안한 잠자리(예약방이 2인용 침대 2개라 4인가족에 충분)와 편리한 위치(주요관광지 및 카르푸 익스프레스와 매우 가까움), 양호한 설비(주방기구 및 에어컨 보유), 든든한 조식 제공(큰 샌드위치와 빵, 주스 제공으로 거의 두끼식사 해결)으로 매우 만족스러웠음. 세탁기가 있고 TV가 새거라면 5점 만점인데 그 점만 아쉬움

두 달 가까이 여행하면서 숙소 10여곳 이상 이용했는데 그 중 여기가 가장 좋았습니다. 밥을 사먹기보다 해먹는 걸 좋아해서 주방 딸린 아파트먼트 형태 숙소 위주로 묵었는데, 다른 곳에는 가끔 필요한 도구가 없는 경우도 있어서 불편했는데 여긴 필요한 건 다 있었어요. 주방이랑 침실이 완전히 분리돼 있어서 침실에 음식 냄새 안 나는 것도 좋았고요. 방도 매우 깔끔하고 관리가 굉장히 잘되는 느낌이었습니다. 무엇보다도 직원들이 다 정말 친절했어요. 제가 예약할 때 실수로 날짜를 잘못 입력했는데 친절하게도 비용 추가 없이 날짜도 바꿔주고..(체크인할 때 "아, 그 날짜 변경하신 분이죠?" 하더라고요 ㅎㅎ) 위치도 아주 좋아서 웬만한 곳은 다 걸어다닐 수 있고, 밤에도 전혀 무섭거나 하지 않았어요. 강추합니다~

We found the building easily and we felt very safe knowing that you needed the code/fob to get into the courtyard before the apartment and then again a code/fob before being able to get into the building. They allowed us to put our belongings in the apartment as we arrived before check in and allowed us to have a later check out. We stayed in apartment 6 and would highly recommend, the apartment had everything you need and the bed was super comfy! Would deffo recommend and come back again in the future

Great location. Chaotic check in process where messages weren’t received about how to access the property. Two of the three soap dispensers were empty, and there was an overflowing ashtray on the table. The sofa bed/couch is white and covered in stains. There are pots and pans in the kitchen but no utensils to use and no towel to dry pans when clean. Bed is comfy and the place is very quiet.

The building is beautiful, located in the heart of the city with easy access to variety events, restaurants, architectural treasures of the past, grocery stores, the main train station with easy access to the Krakow Galeria, etc The building is very safe and quiet and apartment functional al, very clean designed with great attention to detail.

Great apartment .. right in the centre ...easy to check in ... bed was so comfortable ...everything you need but heads up no toaster or bottle opener ... would definitely stay here again

Fantastic location and very simple to check in remotely. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but everything else was in fantastic condition.

Fantastyczny pobyt w apartamencie z dwójką dzieci i z psem. W sercu Krakowa, tuż obok Rynku Głównego. Apartament przestronny, z dobrze wyposażonym aneksem kuchennym. W budynku winda, obiekt przyjazny psiakom. Czysto i miło - serdecznie polecam!

Estaba bien el apartamento, solo que los tres dias que estuvimos ahí Nadie vino ha limpiar( teníamos un pequeño recogedor y cepillo) para barrer, ni bayetas, ni manteles, ni cambio de toallas. Ahí tiene que mejorar un poco

Lovely apartment, beautifully clean and nicely decorated in a modern design. Nice big studio room with a really comfy bed. The location was great 10 mins walk from the train station and 5 mins down a pedestrian street to the main square. I’d recommend to family and friends and would definitely stay here again.
