Habitación limpia

In picture, look beautiful, but in real life it was a horrible experience !! Since I get inside the room the strong smell of mold make me sick, the walls were with a lot of humidity. The pillows and sheets looks the worst I feel like been there for 6 hrs was like a many days ! Since I get to the room I start looking for different place, early in the morning I get out and spend the day knowing the town waiting to enter to the new place that I have to rent. When I talk to the person in the desk and let him know why I’m checking out it looks like didn’t care . So the customer service it’s bad too like the rooms

El check in parecía que estaba pidiendo posada de favor, me atendieron de mala manera hasta que quedó el tema de un error de fechas en reservación. La habitación estaba sucia en el área del baño, las toallas limpias estaban manchadas y el baño tenía restos de alguien que se rasuró previamente. La alfombra lucía sucia y la habitación tenía un ligero aroma a humedad.

décoration de l'hotel très agréable mais la chambre n'était pas jolie et un peu vide (mais spacieuse) la piscine est agréable le petit déjeuner n'a été prévu que pour les adultes dans la réservation le parking est plus loin dans la rue, il faut bloquer la circulation si on veut décharger les valises devant l'hotel Emplacement très bien pour visiter la ville à pieds

Todo perfecto. Solamente deberían aclarar que el desayuno continental no es tipo buffet, cuenta con un menú limitado de opciones.

La puerta de la habitación caída, la regadera tapada no salía el agua bien se le avisó al personal y no repararon nada. Las planchas de ropa Muy viejas unas ni servían no tienen secadora de cabello ni para prestar.

La alberca se mira chica. El cuarto que nos dieron estaba un poco maltratado de la ouerta y tuvimos que pedir otro.

Si funciona el aire acondicionado pero hace mucho ruido, la habitación huele a humedad pero por el precio están bastante bien

No tiene estacionamiento esta muy retirado

El lugar no es como en fotos, la regadera no servía el cuarto con humedad horrible, alberca elada y mal olor piso levantado

Clean room, pretty spot, didnt interact with staff much (i suppose its a good thing i didnt have to) but they were pleasant.

Las habitaciones están limpias pero les falta mantenimiento, la pintura se está cayendo, los pisos rotos y las puertas con polilla

夜遅く到着しましたが、直ぐにお部屋に入れました。近くの公園に屋台が出ているので美味しく食事してゆっくり休めます。ツインのお部屋でとても広く清潔です。。

The staff do an amazing job at maintaining rooms and public area, however, significant renovation investment would be a tremendous improvement.

Room was clean but had moldy peeling paint. Advertised breakfast included but then said it wasn’t when we tried to eat. Overpriced without breakfast & for condition of hotel.

Staff were helpful and courteous and the cafe in the restaurant was excellent! Loved the design and concept of the building and was a convenient location for us. However, the room had an extremely hard mattress, the walls were in poor condition (left over from previous water damage), the pool, although a beautiful layout, was freezing cold. The marketing on expedia was well done, but in reality, the hotel was shabby. The ownership needs to invest in some proper renovations. Our light fixture in the bathroom had exposed wiring that was fastened with electrical tape. The room did not have sufficient lighting and our table lamp didn't have a switch so we had to get behind the bedside table to unplug it to turn it off. The shower had reasonable pressure but the door didn't keep water from leaking around the bathroom floor creating a dangerous pool. We had to move rooms because there was a sewer backup into our shower. The staff were accommodating but we were not offered any compensation for the inconvenience of having our bathroom smell and look like an outhouse in the shower. Soundproofing is poor as we could hear loud activity at 6am from an adjacent building along with noise from the second floor hotel room above us as the floors are wood. Beware there was no in-room safe and I had to leave identification at the front desk as a "deposit" to get pool towels. Staff were great but ownership needs to step up.
