The location was very good.

Good location in old town. Highly walkable to everything. Breakfast was good. Nothing wrong with it just good not great. Towels need upgrade/ replacement. They are of low / industrial quality and not befitting the rest of the hotel. Would probably stay again.

Generally a nice hotel with friendly staff. Good WiFi. Good breakfast. Bath good. Cleaning facilities good and done quickly. However I thought it was expensive for what it was. Unfortunately the room we had only had a window that was frosted which meant there was no view and little natural light.

古い歴史有るホテル。 朝食のメニューは少なめ。 一番困るのは駐車スペースがない上にホテル迄の道が狭く一方通行が多い為探しにくい。 ナビは細い道を教えるので大きめのSUVでは辿り着けない。 同じく案内された駐車場も大きな車では侵入出来なく少し離れた駐車場を探して駐車。

Excellent location in the centre & walkable to everything with bars, restaurants & shops. Breakfast was very generous & tasty. The single room was cosy but served it’s purpose for a 1night stay and the shower was excellent. Value for money.

All was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. One thing to mention is air conditioner did not work and sleeping with window open was noisy.

Das Hotel liegt an einem bezaubernden, belebten Platz. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfang- und abwechlsungsreich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer und das Bad und insgesamt das ganze Hotel waren super sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. (Sonder)wünsche wurden entgegenkommend erfüllt. Ich würde immer wieder dieses Hotel wählen, wenn ich (hoffentlich noch oft) in die faszinierende Stadt Càdiz komme.

The hotel’s climatization system was completely inoperable throughout my stay. As a direct result, during a period of extreme cold temperatures and continuous rain over two days, I was left without any form of heating. These conditions created unsafe and unhealthy lodging circumstances, which led to my developing a sinus infection. The situation was further aggravated by the presence of significant mold within the property, compounding the health risks. Critically, the hotel failed to disclose these material deficiencies at the time of check-in, depriving me of the ability to make an informed decision or to seek alternative accommodations. Compounding the matter, the hotel initially refused to process any refund through Hotels.com despite my attempts to do so. It was only after I escalated the issue directly with the hotel—copying the Consulate General of Spain in Miami—that they agreed to issue a partial refund of approximately 10%, an inadequate amount given the health impact, lack of disclosure, and substandard conditions experienced.
