Room was perfect and peaceful It was really big then i thought I want to go again just only to stay this hotel If i have a chance to go puerto vallarta again with my family Surely i will go this hotel again Staffs are really friendly even i can not speak spanish really well Most i like it was the swimming pool was hit It was not cold Tou also can cook in kitchen Every tools are super clean

I liked the bed and my room was very spacious. It was upstairs and I had heavy luggage but the property was very nice. My room was in the back by the pool so I could hear people socializing most of the night. They let me use the laundry room for 100 pesos which was very convenient. I will stay again on my way back home because it is so close to the airport. But hopefully not on top of stairs.

La propiedad y servicio del personal muy bien pero el servicio de Expedia pésimo. No reembolsaron mi cancelación de febrero. Hice otra reservación y termine pagando 2 suites y solo usamos una.

convenience to the airport amazing staff very friendly very helpful. The restaurant downstairs very reasonably priced especially their lunch menu. I would recommend highly to go try it out. Portion sizes are great.rooms are very clean and they come daily to check what you need and to clean if needed it’s not a standard resort not crowded so you do have a lot of pool time without a lot of bodies being around

If you want easy access to and from airport, then consider this property. Crisp AC if you need it, near a grocery store, access to a beach if you’re up for walking. Parking available for a rental car as well. Overall a nice slower paced accommodation.

Beautiful venue with excellent staff. Pristine clean, with front desk staff that are so accommodating. Great value and would definitely recommend. Nice pool and hot tub and the room was spacious being more like a suite.

San Trópico will always be our home away from home. The staff are kind and welcoming and the rooms and grounds are immaculately kept.

The property location is in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood. However, the air conditioning was much too strong for my liking, the shower temperature was cold, and the lack of taxis for early departures was quite an inconvenience. There is no front desk staffing at 9 pm. The rooms were spacious and very quiet!

The sweetest community of ppl. Front desk was always the nicest. Very sweet ppl. Hotel was clean, & spacious. It’s pretty much an apartment. Only downside, no elevators…but we all need exercise. lol…..Property is well maintained and pretty garden. A nice hidden gem for the low on your bucks. If your nit looking for a super fancy resort, this is definitely your stay! Better than a regular hotel. I love the apartment style. Would most def stay again!

Great option to stay in a nice neighborhood close to everything. Jorge and Eugenia are the soul of this nice hotel. Good food and drinks.

There was mold on curtains in bedroom and in shower there was a major leak in bathroom # 2 and bedroom #2 there were tiny ants all over the kitchen. No iron…. Can’t say I d recommend… called to report findings no pick up no way to leave voice mail so I texted… no response 😬 Thank goodness it was for 1 night only…. Would not have stayed for a full week under those conditions
