창밖으로 보이는 경치는 매우 좋았습니다. 넓고 분위기도 좋고 위치 좋고 깨끗하였습니다. 난방기가 반복해서 에러가 나고 창틀사이로 빗물이 스며들어 떨어지는 단점은 있었습니다. 전체적으론 좋은 경험이였습니다.

The location was perfect. Basic kitchenware (dishwasher, detergent, pot, Nespresso machine) and a small portion of ingredients (olive oil, Nespresso capsules, rice, pasta noodles, cereal) are provided. I found it helpful. I stayed four nights, and there was ONE complimentary cleaning service. The soundproof window was ok. I stayed from Sunday to Thursday, there was noise outside but okay to sleep with earplugs. There is no official check-in process. They send an email to pay city tax, and once you pay it, they send a PIN code for entrance. In general, I like this place.

위치와 서비스 정말 만족했습니다. 위치는 트램이 바로 앞에 있고 버스정류장도 바로 앞에 있습니다. 숙소도 매우 만족합니다. 서비스도 최고 였습니다. 숙소 근처에는 식당, 마트 없는 것이 없었습니다. 다음에 방문하면 또다시 방문하겠습니다. 편의시설도 최고입니다.

This place was huge, really cute and located in a nice neighboorhood. The communication with the host was fluid and easy. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location and communication was excellent

We like the clean rooms, the location, the balcony, the shuttle service. We didn't like the squeakiness noise of the up level floor. a bit too loud. however we would love to come back, it is pretty nice. thank you!

Great communication and easy to get support and information. Location is perfect, just at the top of a hill good to be aware of, also on top of a bakery where you can buy breakfast.

The flat is very lovely, the rooms are nice and big, we got a nice gift box with jam, honey, crackers, coffee ect and a bottle of wine. They have thought about everything even giving earplugs as there is a little market across the road from the flat that have people there till 11pm on saturday it's later so it's a lively area, lots of food places to eat and drink, great place for transport; bus, tram and Lisbon hop on hop off bus. Is the top of the hill but easy to walk downhill to get to Chiado that has supermarkets and shopping.

Very disappointing experience. The day before check-out, our access code suddenly became invalid, which was extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the hair dryer broke that same night. We contacted the property and were clearly told that a replacement would be delivered by 9:00 AM the next morning. Based on this, both my daughter and I washed our hair and waited from 9:00 AM as instructed. Despite multiple follow-up messages, we kept receiving the same response: “soon” or “it’s on the way.” However, the replacement did not arrive until 10:45 AM, almost two hours later. This poor communication and lack of reliability seriously affected our morning plans and left both of us waiting with wet hair for far too long. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, on est à 5 mns en bus du port. Il y a tout à proximité, on est pas loin du quartier de Baixa. Le seul inconvénient c'est les nuisances sonores nocturnes à cause des bars. Mais c'est supportable. Je recommande

Nice apartment in a lovely neighbourhood, with lots of bars and restaurants. Only downside of that is a lot of noise into the early hours.

We loved the apartment! And it was in a great location. The only negative was how loud it was at night. Because this apartment is in an area with a lot of nightlife, we could hear loud groups of people until 2, 3, 4am. So it was a little hard to sleep

Our family had a superb stay at the residence. The location was excellent for exploring Lisbon and we enjoyed the many cafes and restaurants in the area. The suite itself was beyond our expectations - equipped with everything you could ask for: exceptionally clean, welcome basket, comfortable beds, easy access. Highly recommend.
