The hotel was pretty easy to find as it has a nice sign. The staff were very, very friendly and helpful all the time. Thanks to the hotel's kindness, I was able to check in earlier than expected. The room was very cosy, with a comfortable bed and clean bedclothes without any bedbug. The private toilet was also very great. The shower room was fantastic with shampoo equipped. Overall, the stay was absolutely perfect, with only beautiful memories left behind in Stockholm. If I happen to visit Stockholm again, I would surely stay at this hotel again, as it maximizes your experience in the city. Last but not least, I would like to thank the hotel for its special Easter gift. Thank you!

Mitt rum nr 25 var på markplan, trottoaren och trafiken var jättenära, folk gick förbi fönstret och pratade högt, störigt och bilarna. Jätteliten stråle på varmvattnet i duschen. Bra läge för mig. Rent.

Sunkig heltäckningsmatta, ihållande avloppslukt och silverfiskar.

Mycket lyhört med starkt trafikerad gata precis utanför gjorde att det knappt gick att sova. Duschen hade stor brist på varmt vatten. Det kunde kanske funnits ett sängbord och lampa vid sängen.

Bra läge i Gamla stan. Många butiker i närområdet. Skön säng. Rent rum om än något äldre. Lite lågt vattentryck i duschen.

Comfy bed. Amazing location in old town. Fairly good price for location & city.

Good for the price. Great location. I liked door systems with codes, so no interaction with the reception was needed. However, there were no basic amenities except for soap. The rooms are compact, with limited storage space and minimal surfaces for belongings. Beds offer medium comfort. Heating works well in autumn, but in summer, street noise could be an issue due to the proximity to the road.

Misleading bathroom information and zero responsibility from Hotels.com The listing on Hotels.com stated “private or shared bathroom”, which clearly implies that the guest will either be assigned one or can request a private bathroom. Based on this wording, I booked the room with the expectation of having a private bathroom, as any reasonable person would. However, upon arrival I was placed in a shared bathroom setup without any option to change, and Hotels.com later dismissed the issue entirely by blaming the hotel — even though they were the ones who presented the information in a misleading way. In addition to that, the overall condition of the room was unacceptable: - Mould in the shower - Dirty dishes and stains left behind - No toilet paper or paper towels - Random items lying around as if the room was half storage - Door lock constantly malfunctioning No one at the hotel spoke Swedish or English when approached, making it impossible to report or resolve anything on-site. Hotels.com should not advertise rooms in a way that creates false expectations and then refuse accountability. I did not receive what I paid for, and I would strongly discourage others from booking this property.

Easy access. Quiet. Amazing location. Service was great- self serve coffee/tea/water and contact via email was dependable.
