편안하고 기분좋은 호텔이었어요

Great hospitality.

도착하자마자 발렛부터 너무 친절해서 기분이 좋았습니다. 발렛, 프론트데스크 뿐만아니라 손님들이 직접 대화를 나눌 일이 없는 청소하는 스탭 분들 마저도 굉장히 친절하다는 인상을 받았습니다. 저는 4월에 방문하여 비교적 손님이 많지 않아서 인지 한적한 느낌도 받았고 손님들도 전부 매너있고 조용해서 수영장 이용할 때도 너무 만족 했습니다. 방 청소도 항상 깨끗하게 해주시고, 비가 많이 온 날에는 바로 스탭분들이 방문 두들기며 타올 더 필요한지 물어봐주시고, 굉장히 세심한 서비스가 돋보입니다. 직전에 갔던 노스쇼어 유명 리조트보다 훨씬 만족도 높았습니다. 리츠칼튼레지던스에 대한 불만족 후기도 보았는데 저는 정말 모든 부분 만족했습니다. 위치도 하와이 처음 방문하시는 분들은 와이키키 끝자락이라 멀다고 생각하실 수 있지만 오히려 명품거리 끝에 조용한 곳에 있어서 좋고 결코 와이키키에서 벗어나있지 않습니다. 5-10분만 걸어도 사람들 가장 많은 중심부 도달할 수 있습니다. 그리고 저는 바다만 보이는 뷰가 아닌 공원까지 함께 보이는 뷰라서 뷰로 유명한 다른 낡은 호텔보다 훨씬 만족도 높았습니다.

일박에 천불이 넘는 가격 치고는 부서간의 커뮤니케이션이 엉망이어서 불편함이 많았습니다.

호텔은정말좋았으나 방바닥이 청소가덜되어있었고 샤워실에 문이없어서 물이 밖으로 다 나오고 수압이 정말약했습니다.

조용하고 직원들이 엄청 친절합니다. 무엇보다 깔끔하고 넓은 방, 하와이 야경과 조금 멀지만 바다가 보여서 4박하는 내내 너무 좋았습니다.

early check in 요청을 했지만 적용이 안되어서 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 전체적인 분위기와 청결관리 모두 다 만족스러웠고, 방도 굉장히 넓어서 편했습니다.

전체적으로 만족합니다. 위생과서비스, 편의성 다 만족스럽게 이용했네요. 위치도 중심가에 있으면서 와이키키가 보였어요. 호텔편의성에 요리와 세탁도 룸안에서 해결했네요.

The room was nice and the location was good. We even got an upgrade, which we appreciated. However, kids' amenity was lacking; our 3-year-old daughter was excited for a plushie that we saw on youtube before researching the hotel, but it was not offered to us. Staff overall were very friendly, but the hostess at breakfast seemed overwhelmed as she told us we should have made a booking for breakfast even though there were so many tables open. I have never been to a hotel that asked guests to pre-book seating for breakfast... Also, the breakfast credit was confusing too. The receptionist told us we had $50 per person, then told us we had 75 in total, but the team doesn't tell you that there was a 20% auto gratuity. Oh, and unlike brands like Four Seasons, kids' meals are chargeable too. So overall, the hotel is good, but for the cost, it doesn't deliver the value.

I had an incredible stay at the Ritz-Carlton. I was in the Grand Suite Ocean View, and it was absolutely stunning. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The service was exceptional from start to finish—front desk, management, bellhops, concierge—every single person I encountered was warm, professional, and attentive. I genuinely miss being there as I write this review. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved that the room came with two housekeeping services each day—one in the morning and one in the late afternoon. That was a first for me, and such a luxury. The suite itself was spacious, peaceful, and perfectly quiet. You couldn’t hear a thing from outside the room, which I appreciated because that’s exactly the environment I was looking for. The pool and jacuzzi area was beautiful, with designated sections for adults and children. It’s open 24 hours—just be respectful and keep it quiet after 10 p.m. and you’re all set. The property also has two excellent restaurants: one is an Italian restaurant with gorgeous ocean views and outdoor bar seating, and the other serves breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner, and happy hour. The cocktails were great, and the ambiance was perfect. Location-wise, you’re just a short walk from all the major shopping—Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Saint Laurent, Macy’s, and more. The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived to when we left. There are dining options on site we had room service and enjoyed our steak and burger as well as a different day when breakfast was ordered and was divine. Housekeeping is unmatched! Will be staying here again.
