I absolutely LOVE Hotel Hacienda San Cristobal. The clean rooms, the staff, the beautiful hacienda itself. The location is very safe. I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay here when I visit the area.

The room was nice, amenities were very nice especially the message and the staff was top tier!

Es un lugar bonito y limpio. Me parece que le falta personal, por poner un ejemplo el vigilante es el portero y también bellboy, o la de recepción también tiene que hacer cosas de mantenimiento. Que aunque son amables complican sus labores.

Hermosa hacienda con mucha historia de nuestro Mexico querido. Le seguro al due o Que la done al Pueblo

La haciencia esta muy bonita y cuidada, el personal es muy amable y la comida esta muy rica. La alberca esta a temperatura ambiente, muy limpia

La hacienda esta bien mantenida y tiene una alberca climatizada y spa. La habitación estaba espaciosa y la decoracion me encanto. La comida en el restaurante es deliciosa.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo y apto para la relajación familiar.

Atencion por parte del personal buena en general, alimentos y bebidas si quedan a deber un poco, no tiene mucho sazon, alberca muy pequeña para la cantidad de habitaciones, no hay telefono en las habitaciones para tener comunicacion con recepcion, tuve que bajar para solicitar tollas, bajar de nuevo por la clave del wifi, el cual es muy lento, de los pocos hoteles que cuenta con smart tv hoy en dia un punto a su favor aunque es un poco pequeña, cuenta con sky, you tube, netfilx. Habitaciones algo austeras, considera precio elevado para los servicios que en realidad ofrece, apesar de ello estuvimos agusto. Varios lugares muy fotografiables.

Todo excelente, hace falta vigilancia en la alberca , no pudimos entrar porque había niños que metían sillas y ocupaban todo el espacio.

Love that place

This has been one of my favorite places we have gotten! Its so rich in culture and the customer service was amazing from everyone we encountered! It is very clean, and they are at your service for whatever you need. Absolutely recommend and will definitely stay there again next time we visit family.
