Très mauvais services à la réception, aucune accommodation possible , stationnement non inclus déjeuner à partir de 7 heure seulement, chambre au 4eme pas d’assez eue, aucun resto aux alentours seul bon point chambre propre

Place was clean and acceptable what annoyed me was paying for parking considering the lot was half empty

This hotel is fine for a night but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The room was clean but old. The beds are ok but not the most comfy. The road noise was loud since the room faced the street. The sound proofing between rooms not great. The breakfast was typical, nothing special. $20 for parking is a money grab and essentially increases the overall rate. Recommendation: stay somewhere else.

My experience of staying the hotel was not good.

Nous avions une très belle chambre avec cuisinette très pratique quand on aime pas trop les resto très bon déjeuner inclus Seul petit hic problème de réfrigérateur on est venu pour essayer de le faire fonctionner sans trop de succès. Pour nous c’était pas grave nous avions une glacière électrique nous y retournerons sûrement l’an prochain. A recommander

We were bringing our bikes to cycle the Niagara river trail. We had a room on the main floor and were able to bring easily our bikes in our room. The staff gave us a free parking ticket to drive closer to the falls, which was very appreciated. Shopping and restaurant at MapleLeaf Place, 2 minutes walk. Free Breakfast was very good and a big dining area.

Nice renovation.

Breakfast was great and overall everything was fine. The refrigerator in the room was a bit noisy and the interior felt a little dated. We also missed having slippers provided. Still, overall we can recommend this place.

El personal que nos recibió muy atento. El cuarto muy limpio y el desayuno estuvo bueno. En general, volvería.

The staff was very nice and considerate. Room was clean and inviting. The surrounding area was ok across the street was lovely but the rest was meh especially if you didn’t have a front room. The only thing we didn’t like was no elevator.4 floors up and down multiple times a day was not fun. Honestly that’s our only complaint.. would stay there again but would ask for a room on the first floor.
