로스카보스의 최고의호텔~ 수많은올인클루시브를 다녔지만 여기만큼 음식하나하나 괜찮았던곳이 없지싶다 5박동안 모든 레스토랑을 다가봤는데 진심으로 괜찮다 직원들도 정말친절하고 타호텔과 계속 고민중이었는데 리뷰가 여기가 월등히좋더니 리뷰는거짓말을 하지않는다는걸 여실히 깨달음

El personal fue sumamente atento,amable y siempre dispuesto a hacer de nuestra estancia una experiencia memorable. La comida es espectacular.Tanto el buffet como los restaurantes ofrecen un nivel excepcional. Me he hospedado en varios hoteles de la misma categoría y todos tienen algo que los distingue,pero este sobresale por su propuesta gastronómica.realemente disfrutas todos los restaurantes,no solo Cocina de Autor, que hace honor a su estrella Michelin. Viajé con mi esposo y mis hijos adultos. A ellos les reservé una categoría menor y, un gran detalle, el hotel les otorgó un upgrade a una habitación igual a la nuestra. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, con una excelente distribución. En el equipaje solo lleva tu ropa, porque el hotel proporciona casi todo lo necesario. Incluso detalles como el modelo de la secadora Dyson reflejan la calidad que ofrecen. El frigobar está muy bien surtido.Despertar con ese amanecer crea un ambiente cálido y hasta romántico. El SPA es extraordinario. Siempre visito el SPA de los hoteles donde me hospedo y este ha sido, sin exagerar, de los mejores. Más allá de sus instalaciones de lujo, la calidad del servicio y la atención son difíciles de igualar. El masaje de tejido profundo me ayudó a liberar la tensión y el estrés, y el circuito hidrotermal fue, sencillamente, ¡espectacular! Nunca había vivido una experiencia similar. La combinación de las habitaciones,la gastronomía y el SPA hizo que nuestras vacaciones fueran inolvidables.

Man man man!! This was our first family trip. Me, my wife and our extremely picky eating 3 yr old. They went to the extreme with making sure all of our food requests were fulfilled! And we sure did have a lot of them! Wow! The service was exceptional! We stayed at the very top floor w ocean views! Every single box checked off! If I had to nitpick at anything, it would easily be the food. Velas10 was great and of course the breakfast buffet was great too. The other restaurants they went too “culinary” serving these tiny portion dishes, that was a downside for us!

Un hotel precioso para ir en familia. La atención es impecable. Nuestro concierge Obeth Rodriguez siempre estuvo muy atento a cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. El Kids Club fue excelente para mis hijas. Karla, Caro, Yami y las demás chicas del staff fueron muy amables y amorosas. Me gusto mucho la sesión de sound healing frente al mar a cargo de Ivan.

From the beginning to the end of our trip, everything was amazing. My concierge Santiago was extremely helpful, polite, accommodating and professional. The kids club was by far the best part. Yuli, Caro, Florencia and everyone was so amazing my son had such a great time he begged to come back the following day even ran there right after breakfast. Hands down wonderful hotel. I will definitely be coming back. And the food was by far the best for any all inclusive I’ve stayed at in the area!

Spectacular property, staff, and menu! Nothing to improve on what so ever!! Definitely worth the extra $$ if quality is important to you.

Overall beautiful resort but not quite the experience we were expecting given price differential over other resorts in area. Have stayed previously at Hyatt ziva and Garza Blanca which were 40-50% cheaper for all inclusive so my star rating is reflective of that The food was similar caliber at each experience. I had fishy sea bass one evening Cocktails were sadly often too sweet and was surprised not higher level liquor and wine for the price. Coffee shop was good and nice easy breakfast options Buffet fairly avg but really enjoyed the fresh quesadillas (but had similar at other resorts) No unsweetened yogurt- always out of cottage cheese Pools are beautiful but no area less than 4.5ft so kids tired easily swimming and we had to constantly be on guard. Lifeguards mostly watching ocean Had some difficulty ordering food and drink poolside due to staffing and requiring in person orders vs mobile. Ice cream only open 12-2 and 6 flavors or so only so kids disappointed. Ocean is not swimmable- which we knew ahead of time but beach is beautiful Enjoyed the yoga and meditation classes each am Kids club was great with evening activities daily I booked on Expedia as had some perks like $100 dining credit- couldn’t use $50 spa credit- everything was 300$ and didn’t apply to the water experience which is what I got so couldn’t Half off transportation- did not apply because needed different sized cars each way as meeting family so couldn’t accommodate Overall not worth $

The hotel was indeed Grand!!!! From the room to the restaurants and all the rest of the place, it was a fabulous place to stay!! Our personal concierge was wonderful !!!!!

Nice room, very attentive staff. Few guests relative to staff. Concierge was very attentive. The spa was excellent, one of my favorites. Food was so so, could be better (the buffet is not so great, had flies on fruit, same items each day, minimal variety relative to Xcaret or the Moon Palace resort).
