The Boomerang Hotel is a fine place to stay with their incredible staff, service and awesome hotel rooms! I've had much experience with traveling, hotel stays throughout my 26 year Army career, but the security, and superb respectful staff, as the kitchen, dining facility is superb and all soo reasonably priced, from meals to drinks! The Boomerang Hotel is a must stay, 5 Stars all the way, everyday and I'll be returning soon! Thanks Boomerang for your super accommodations!

It's a nice affordable place. It's safe and the staff are very helpful and kind. Also, the breakfast was excellent!

Was clean room and hotel food was very nice, only two things were not good one there was no kettle in the room and aircon wall mounted very noisy in the room apart from that all was excellent

To be told on arrival that we were consigned the worst room without a window or any sort of a view from outside because we booked online was upsetting. Even though we paid more than their cash rate. The rooms were clean, but a 32 inch TV, is not acceptable in 2024. The air-conditioning is old noisy and tired and needs urgent replacement. We paid another 530 a night to "upgrade" so i wouldnt have to traverse the 20 steps. Our room had a remote for the AC that would not work, we found out the unit was manual. Crazy. Then their penny pinching policy of only supplying 3 pillows when their website says 4. A rort to extract 50 pesos . And the duty manager leaves at 6pm not to return until 8.30 am. So most of the time the hotel runs on remote control where the stafff cannot make a decision. The saving grace was the staff. Polite, helpful and friendly. But i get the impression they miss some proper leadership. With absentee owners this is most important. I could not recommend this hotel as there are better, cheaper alternatives available.

The air conditioner was noisy, but did cool effectively. Close enough for 10 min walk to walking street. The staff was very helpful, especially Roy. I ordered food and food was good from the kitchen. I would stay again
