Bigger than usual hotel in Japan, access everywhere is nearby! There's 3 lines you can access by walking. Super nearby to Tokyo Dome (we were in Japan for Coldplay concert). Just right beside the hotel is Donki! ✨ Be staying here again for the next visit.

We went there for the Coldplay concert, so the location is excellent, since it is only a short walking distance from Tokyo Dome. Near to 2 stations: Suidobashi & Korakuen that ease our trips to other parts of Tokyo. Don Quijote is just next door. Near with Lawson & 7-11. The room is OK (Japan size hotel), since we stay as 1 family (2 adults, 2 kids below 12 years old). The room is being cleaned up every day & they provide sleeping pyjamas every single day (for the kids too!). Very clean and they provide complete amenities in the lobby (to include face mask, serum, etc.). I would very recommend this hotel if you happen to have activities in Tokyo Dome.

Resepsionis bertindak tidak sopan, pada saat jam 10 kurang keluarga saya di usir, posisi saat itu saya sedang mengurus perpanjangan untuk extend, padahal istri saya sedang bersihkan anak saya yang bayi, barang barang kami dikeluarkan semua, terkesan kami tidak sanggup bayar, ketika mendengar itu saya kembali ke kamar hotel, terlihat barang ada di luar kamar hotel, maaf saya lupa foto video saat itu, karena bergegas gendong anak saya yang bayi.

Dekat stasiun, tokyo dome, sebelah don quijote yang buka 24 jam, recommended.

Clean hotel with friendly staff! Laundry on 5th floor help long staying guest like myself and the 24 hours department store below. There are two subway stations that one can choose from only 7 minutes walks away, very convenient.

호텔은 매우 깨끗합니다. 먼저 도착했다면 짐을 맡기고 산책을 즐길 수 있습니다. 호텔 맞은편에는 매우 재밌는 놀이기구가 있습니다. 많은 기차 노선과 음식점에서 멀지 않은 곳, 귀여운 남자 프런트 데스크 직원이 우리에게 태국어로 말하려고 노력했습니다. 매우 편리하고 깨끗하며 편안했습니다.

Lokasi cukup strategis, pas di atas Don Quijote supermarket. Dekat ke Tokyo Dome. Stasiun paling dekat ada Subway dan JR. Cukup mudah aksesnya. Tapi harus jalan sedikit.

Saya senang menginap di Hotel Richmond Tokyo Suidobashi. Selain karena lokasinya strategis 5 min jalan ke subway serta jr station dan berada pas dibawah don quijote supermarket lengkap yang buka 24 jam, di sampingnya juga ada lawson pas di depan hotel juga ada themepark dan sangat cocok bagi yang membawa anak-anak, kamar nyaman. Dekat dengan Tokyo Dome juga, ada restoran burger shack shake yang sangat terkenal di Amerika! Will come back later if I come to tokyo again!

The room space is quite small, though we managed to put two big suitcase inside. The bed is enough for a family of three, I traveled with my husband and my son (6 yo) and two queen sized beds pushed together was enough for us. The hospitality is awesome, you get to choose bathroom amenities (face mask, moisturizers, etc) when checked in, the check in process itself was very fast. We also got kids package that came with a rillakuma sandals (!), bath sponge, hand towel, tooth brush&paste. My son was very ecstatic about it. The hotel facilities were very easy and convenient to use, I used the microwave to heat up bento sets I bought at nearby konbinis (there are lawson and 7-11 nearby), there are also vending machines and ice maker at the same place as the microwave. The washing machine is also very easy to use. There are directions on how to use it, the clothes came out clean and soft. The hotel itself was located above Don Quijote (a supermarket) so it was really easy to buy everyday needs that were not too far from your place. Across the street is the Tokyo Dome, there are amusement park, several restaurants, food courts, and shopping center. My son asked to go there everyday! The nearby Metro station is Korakuen, you can go there by walking across the tokyo dome area (about 3-5 mins) and there is also JR station, Suidobashi with about 5 mins walking distance. Overall the location is quite superb. It’s a very pleasant stay at Richmond Hotel and I will definitely put this hotel in my recommendation for my friends/when I plan my next visit to Tokyo :)

Near many restaurant and train station

It's very close to Tokyo Dome. Just 5 minutes walk. The room is tiny but I have no issue with that because I didn't stayed in the room for a whole day.

The location is great, very close to Tokyo Dome. The room is small, but I don't have any issue about that since I only need the place for night rest.
