전체 평가 및 리뷰 Bellini Suites at Presidio, Lakefront

Pool was dirty full of dried leaves. I called in advance and requested for 2 rooms next to each other but they gave me 2 rooms on the opposite end. We went early and requested for early check-in but we waited for 2 hrs in the lobby before they gave us our keycards. Front desk and manager not approachable they even look irritated when we follow up even if they are at fault in the first place. When we got to the room housekeeping is still there mopping floors inside the room with stinky smell. Door of room 3gh won't automatic lock and requires complicated manual lock that made us leave the room open whenever we go out. Building facilities are worn out. Curtains are ripped.

Air conditioning is very noise, but room and service are good

A Condo style convert into hotel room, room wise is ok but of course still incomplete. don't know why. kitchen wear is ok advisable to use. therefore if you want to relax from the crazy world of manila stay here all day all night, it will regain your energy. Resto? they don't have it you need to go outside with your car or might better to cook.

Perfect place to unwind. Nice room and view from our balcony. There are many nearby establishments like fast food, grocery and mall. Will definitely visit again.

지불한 금액보다 훨씬 더 만족스러웠습니다. 정말 편안하고 아늑하며 직원들도 친절했습니다. 필요한 모든 것이 걸어서 몇 분 거리에 있어서 뭔가를 깜빡하더라도 전혀 문제없습니다(식료품, 패스트푸드, 학용품까지). 도심 근처에 필요한 평화로운 휴식처가 될 거예요.

It’s my third time here, still I will recommend it to my relatives and friends.

We celebrated my son's second birthday here and this is our very first staycation and it did not disappoint us. The location is great, it's quiet and clean and it feels like that you are in Tagaytay or somewhere else far away from Manila. It is near Puregold and Jollibee where you can buy your food or you can also cook since they allow it. We booked a two bedroom suite and it was huge, like you were renting a whole house. You can also jog around the place, too bad my husband did not bring with him his running shoes. Also you can go for a swim, downside is they did not maintain its cleanliness that is why I was hesitant to let my kids go for a swim. Overall, it was a great experience for my family and we would definitely go back.

It feels like home when you stay here, you can enjoy your staycation like your staying on your own unit, I love that there are kitchenette that I can use to cook our meal and there is Puregold near the area.

The pool is under maintenance, although they offered the pool at the nearby condo, it was only until 6PM and 9AM the next day so we didn't really had the chance to enjoy the pool. Nonetheless, we had a great stay.

Great hotel and great service. Will be back again

Everything was awesome! They even gave us a free shuttle going to the service road.

I love the room and the ambience

My family, especially my kids enjoyed our stay. We had a wonderful time whether it be swimming or just staying at our room. Will definitely come back for another amazing weekend with my family.

I really love the room they gave and 5 star for me. it was really staycation. But the swimming pool I like the view but I don't like the shower room its dirty and the water from the pool was high in chlorine I think

Everything is great! Except that there is no meal offered, but there are some places you can go to eat that is just around the area. Looking forward to book again soon!

Had a great time during our stay at Bellini Suites. It's a quiet neighborhood and everything went smoothly. Food delivery options are quite limited but there's a nearby supermarket and you can cook in your room. Staff is attentive and kind. Will definitely stay again in Bellini Suites.

The lobby reeked of an unpleasant zonrox type smell, probably the mop they used but aside from that overall experience was superb!
