전체 평가 및 리뷰 AC Hotel by Marriott Boston Cambridge

It was Krupa who received me at the hotel. Very friendly and I felt she is respectful to the customer, me. My first room was a bit cold but they changed it immediately when I told them.

Stayed multiple times. It was generally okay- location is good if you have a car, not too far from the airport, boston downtown or cambridge downtown, but if you don’t have a car, inconvenient since it’s in the middle of nowhere among industrial buildings. They charge $25 parking fee a day. You have to park a car at the outside parking building and walk to the hotel. (not far though) The front desk validates the parking ticket everytime when you pull out the car. The rooms were not that clean- looked tidy, but found hairs here and there (They need to vacuum, instead of sweeping) Staff were friendly. Some rooms have noise from highway.

The building is nice but it's not being maintained too well. Housekeeping is every two days but there is no sign telling you this. The revlolving door in front gets stuck, the products were not full, the towels and sheets are a bit ragged (some faint stains on towel and sheet had threads coming loose) and the housekeeper left some hair behind in the bathroom. Overall, hotel is still nice and clean and smells good, but management should take better care for higher quality.

The walkable distance to the Alewife Station makes it very convenient to use the Boston Subway.

As much as I see the effort provided to me there services go as far as to place a tipping envelope for room service Because even staff is underpaid just as the 2 bunnies outside playing looked starved. I refused to buy breakfast due to everything being ridiculously overpriced for just one night and I must state that the Fairfield Marriott hotel which is half the price did a way better job in terms of quality, price and breakfast IS FREE.

The floor in room was falling apart. The plastic tiles were all loose. This is a health hazard and dirt and bacteria is trapped under the tiles. Invest some money and clean up the room floor.

The stuff was phenomenal. Very accommodating me and my fiancé were treated very well and my emotional support. Dog was too Zeus.

We had a great stay and the hotel staff were excellent (especially Krupa)!

I love this property. The shower is the best.

only issue was they ran out of coffee in the lobby on Friday morning and several were upset. Other than that all was good

The front desk was very helpful for our full visit.

The breakfast was a little bit disappointing.

Seriously go to Google reviews and see my full review (starts off with "a dumpster for the price") with photos. This Expedia review form has a very low character limit. Pubic hairs all over the sheets, dirty room, LOTS of noise constantly, RUDE staff. It's worth it to go see the details. STAY AWAY.

We enjoyed our stay and the property was very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay and love the walking trails around the area. And a Blue Bike station is just two minutes away. Room was quiet except for the hall way. We hears a couple of long conversations that didn’t need to occur in the hallway. Not sure for a solution for this though. The amount of coffee packets in the room needs to improve. First night there was only one regular and one decaf packet. Most places have 2 of each. And after room cleaning, only 1 packet of each again. Not fun to have to go to the front desk for coffee, first thing in the morning.

My hostess wasn't very informative. I asked about food near by he stated everything closes early at 10. Wasnt very welcoming. Didnt direct me to my room. My room smelled like Marijuana. The bathroom sink wasn't working properly.
