Beautiful, clean, the staff is excellent.

Incredibly clean room.

The Courtyard Mt Pleasant at Central Michigan University was very well kept, quiet, and friendly.

The king size bed was rock hard and pillows were flat. Additionally, CMU decided to have band practice at 6:30am right outside the window. I realize that’s not the hotels fault but a little thought/warning/or additional accommodations would be appreciated. Will not return and wouldn’t recommend based on awful beds. Only perk was Starbucks in the lobby.

Must be the best hotel in the area.

Room has obvious mouse activity. Front desk notified. Nothing was done. Shower had mildew. Towels were thin. Pillow had odor of dirty hair. Lobby Starbucks had thick layer of dust on the upper counter.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Beds not made . No replacement towels. Service was bad. Front desk unable to answer any questions. I would not stay there again for free. Q

Best Hotel on College campus

Something was a tad off. I had already paid and the computer tried charging 280$ for a cleaning fee.

We had wonderful stay. Greeted with the warm welcome by the receptionist.

Wi Fi wouldn’t work for Fire Stick and wouldn’t allow many downloads on my iPhone. Was told only way to access internet was via browser but the link to browser wouldn’t work. Also Bistro had listed hours of operation on the hotel tv as 7am-11am on weekends but we were told at 10:30am they were only open until 10am.
