전체 평가 및 리뷰 AVITAL Resort Winterberg

Einrichtung des Zimmers sehr in die Jahre gekommen, leichter Schimmel in der Dusche, es könnte an vielen Ecken gründlicher geputzt werden. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück in Ordnung, nichts besonderes. Restaurant abends war gut, preislich aber zu teuer.

Leuk hotel, al was de junior suite wel wat klein. Super spa en zwembad. De kok bij het ontbijt was wat onvriendelijk. Leuke bar!

This hotel was advertised with spa services food, and in close proximity to ski lifts. What they do not say is that the spa services in the pool they charge per person per day, the ski lifts are not even close and are not within walking distance. To eat at the restaurant you have to reserve it the day before and pay an €18 fee per person. They don’t serve lunch only breakfast and dinner on certain days. The front desk people were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Parking was another area of contention as there is not enough parking for the guests and the road to get to the parking spot is very narrow.

Prima Hotel fuer Familien, grosse Zimmer, schone Badezimmer. Kleine aber angenehme swimming pool mit Sauna usw. Fruehstucksbuffet ist sehr gut und frisch.

Perfectly clean. Excellent price. Good facility. Front desk staff wouldn’t help me call a taxi though.

Goed hotel

Sehr ruhig gelegen, geräumiges Zimmer mit modernem Bad, gutes Frühstück, schöner Wellnessbereich. 5 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum

Ren och rymlig liten lägenhet, fullt utrustat kök, tyst läge på promenad avstånd till centrum och mataffär. Poolen ingår inte i lägenheterna.

Alles toll.

Wohnraum: Fenster ungeputzt, wegen fehlender Textilien (lediglich Jalousien) nackt und kahl. Polstergarnitur abgewohnt. Ansonsten sauberes Bad und Schlafzimmer. Zugang zur Suite ab 2. OG. über steile Treppe (Gepäck!) erforderlich! Belästigung durch Schornstein-Qualm auf der Terrasse, daher Lüften des Wohnraums nur bedingt möglich. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis daher überteuert. Putzdienst war freundlich und in Ordnung .

Alles was zeer goed, fijne sauna.

Wir waren mit unserem Kegelclub für eine Nacht dort und uns hat es an nicht gefehlt. Sauber, Freundlich und gut ausgestattet

Alles war super , nur Teppich in Zimmern schon alt. Mag kein Teppich, aber da Hauptsache kein Geruch von Teppich.

Nice and cozy hotel close to the skiing lifts. The spa was amazing! And so was the breakfast.

Die Dame am Emfang war bei unserer Anreise kühl und distanziert

The check in was terrible. The absolute definition of not to be customer oriented right from the get go. The person at the reception was rude and was very argumentative about the check in time after I proofed her wrong and she diverted to impose to sign the reservation……horrible bad! The next surprise was that we had to get our luggage back in to the car and had to drive to an offsite location/biopsy not as advertised. We had to go 2 floors up to enter the two rooms we booked. To me I don’t understand how the have awarded the 4 stars ….unbelievable! My list of criticism could go on and on……cleanliness smell building issues you name it. Normally I do not write any reviews, but in this case I had to just for the simple reason to warn people to book that fake accommodation!

Gute Lage, fußläufig zum Zentrum. Leider war die angepriesene Kaminbar sonntags und montags geschlossen, obwohl das Hotel sehr gut besucht war. Schade!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sauberen und schönen Zimmern. Gerne wieder.
