The hotel has a lot of good things The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was too nice. You can visit the old town by walking. There are many parking lots nearby and it costs only 150 pesos per day. Finally, the service was too nice. In conclusion, this hotel is one of the best hotel in queretaro.

Instalaciónes y personal super bien excelente servicio muy amables, pero el colchon estaba super incomodo y eso que me toco una suite es indispensable que las camas esten comodas y fue lo que fallo y que no tenia toallas pero llame a recepción y me llevaron se soluciono

Checkin was great and smooth. Water pressure terrible and pool freezing! Breakfast was also a very cold experience as it was outside

La ubicación. El espacio en general es muy bonito. La limpieza en el cuarto podría ser mejor, y no había insolación para sonido entonces se puede escuchar mucho del cuarto al lado.

Porque no tuvimos agua caliente

Le hotel está bonito, el diseño nos sorprendió. Las áreas comunes de muy buen gusto. La habitación limpia y con todas las amenidades. El personal siempre amable. Nos quedamos al Brunch y bastante completo y rico. No hay estacionamiento y los precios son por hora en los cercanos al hotel.

this hotel is in a great location but the floor was not clean in our room, the linens were not that great and we had bugs around our sink area. its in a great part of town and the staff is nice but its a 2.5 hotel at best.

Super quiet and convenient. Lovely upgrade for us on arrival that was a nice surprise. Spotlessly clean and comfortable bedding. We will be back.

Great staff and wonderful smaller hotel in the heart Centro

The staff couldn’t fix the issue of no hot water in the shower or the hot tub, very disappointing and thy could not offer us another room.
