I definitely can tell that this small luxury hotel was well designed and put a lot of thoughts. I really liked a simple scandinavian interior with a mixture of different textures all over. Moving TV which didnt block the view was very smart. I didn't really like the sliding door at the bathroom though. It was very uncomfortable when we use both shower and toilet at the same time. The person who checked us in was really nice. She greet us very friendly even with our late check in. However, the person who checked us out was definitely not. She staring us and walking away made us very uncomfortable. By the way she acted when we check out, I can definitely tell that was her intention. The inconsistant quality of service shows that the hotel doesnt meet the international standard of luxury hotel. And the hotel doesnt have the parking lot. You have to do street parking.

The view from the suites are excellent. Sara, Anna and the rest of the staff is so friendly and helpful. I would return here in the future

Nice and quiet place, worth a few extra $$

The service that they provide is excellent. There is complimentary breakfast every morning and you can find free soda in the small refrigerator in your room. The best aspect of this place is the view. It's incredible. My suite could see Reykjavik and the ocean.

Lovely hotel and staff.

Lighting system in rooms is odd.

The 20th floor is where it is located. The view was spectacular, the room was gorgeous and breakfast was served in our room. It was so amazing, We had to take a picture. It was just so amazing. Our only complaint was that because there were so many windows. It was actually kind of warm in the room. Iceland prepares for cold weather and We had some warm days that The air-conditioning system couldn’t keep up with, especially when the blinds were open to the windows. They arranged a ride from the airport which was very helpful( no uber here, they did have taxi’s)

Séjour correct, chambre propre, bon petit déjeuner et vue magnifique. La responsable de l'accueil est très sympathique et serviable. En revanche, l'hôtel n'est pas vraiment un hôtel mais plus un appart hôtel avec concierge par conséquent il ne faut pas s'attendre à la même chose (pas de room service la nuit, pas de choix dans les menus, etc.).

Very modern condominium Feel with panoramic Views of Reykjavik and harbor. Fantastic breakfast brought to your room every morning was enough food for two meals-fresh and healthy!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Tower Suites! Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and available. The room was beautiful and functional, and the view was spectacular! The hotel was also in a great location-easy to walk to points of interest. I would highly recommend Tower Suites.

What an incredible experience and stay for my family and I. A true 10 out of 10. The service was spectacular, the room was beautiful and the breakfast was spot on. All we could keep saying was how spoiled we felt!!

It was a great stay at the Towers Suits. An amazing breakfast was served to the room every morning. The view of the room was partially toward the ocean. The location requires some walking to the main street but I liked that. The staff is very helpful and polite.

This is the best property in Iceland. Great staff nice and quiet and very conveniently located. Luxury experience and a reasonable cost! Highly recommend!

Incredible stay! From the breathtaking views to the private in-room breakfast, They exceeded every expectation!

The room and the hotel are lovely. There were a few issues that we wish had been better. The TV kept blanking out, was hard to navigate channels and was way too low to bee seen from bed while watching the news! Minor, but worth mentioning. The LARGE picture windows had drapes that would not block the light from the corners requiring us to wear sleep masks every night. Due to the masks, we didnt even mind the auto turn on bathroom lights coming on upon entry at night!!! The breakfast was outstanding! I did enjoy looking down on the part of the city of Reykjavik we were able to see from our window in RM 3.

Everything was great except they were not clear where to access the large building and not designated or specific spots to park.
