I definitely can tell that this small luxury hotel was well designed and put a lot of thoughts. I really liked a simple scandinavian interior with a mixture of different textures all over. Moving TV which didnt block the view was very smart. I didn't really like the sliding door at the bathroom though. It was very uncomfortable when we use both shower and toilet at the same time. The person who checked us in was really nice. She greet us very friendly even with our late check in. However, the person who checked us out was definitely not. She staring us and walking away made us very uncomfortable. By the way she acted when we check out, I can definitely tell that was her intention. The inconsistant quality of service shows that the hotel doesnt meet the international standard of luxury hotel. And the hotel doesnt have the parking lot. You have to do street parking.

The hotel was perfect for our honeymoon! The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was amazing and left a complimentary note and gifts in our room. The views were stunning and nice and private. The breakfast was so tasty and great having it in our room. All the staff were so helpful, suggesting places to visit and sorting out anything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful corner suite with unrivaled views of Reykjavik! Perfect location and friendly, attentive staff, especially Kelly who anticipated our every need.

it is a unique boutique hotel - on 20th floor with only 8 suites. it is probably one of the tallest buildings in Reykjavik - so you will get wide unobstructed panoramic view of the city. location is great - walkable from heart of Reykjavik. staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay. only negative is breakfast - I had much better breakfast in other hotels/Airbnb in Iceland.

A lovely place to stay. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us (to the extent they even sorted a couple of Christmas items one of our party was looking for). Highly recommend.

Room was great. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. Parking meters out front only had Icelandic language, but we muddled through.

Vanvittigt lækkert hotel. Afsindig udsigt. Lækkert morgenmadskoncept med levering på værelset. Eneste minus var, at værelset var lige til den kølige side. Da vi skruede op for klima larmede/summede det en del… hvis man nu skal finde noget negativt ved hotellet. Vi kommer gerne igen!

We had a wonderful stay at Tower our first night in Reykjavik! Room and amenities first class, beautiful view of the city, and of course greeted in the morning with a trolley of delicious breakfast food. Staff super friendly, and location able to walk to center of town. Highly recommend

Amazing hotel with great views and service!

The view from the suites are excellent. Sara, Anna and the rest of the staff is so friendly and helpful. I would return here in the future

Nice and quiet place, worth a few extra $$

The service that they provide is excellent. There is complimentary breakfast every morning and you can find free soda in the small refrigerator in your room. The best aspect of this place is the view. It's incredible. My suite could see Reykjavik and the ocean.

Lovely hotel and staff.

Lighting system in rooms is odd.

The 20th floor is where it is located. The view was spectacular, the room was gorgeous and breakfast was served in our room. It was so amazing, We had to take a picture. It was just so amazing. Our only complaint was that because there were so many windows. It was actually kind of warm in the room. Iceland prepares for cold weather and We had some warm days that The air-conditioning system couldn’t keep up with, especially when the blinds were open to the windows. They arranged a ride from the airport which was very helpful( no uber here, they did have taxi’s)
