Hotel Zed has its own parking lots in the center of Downtown! This was the most attractive and convenient advantage for me to choose Hotel Zed. Easy to access parks, dining places, etc just by walking.

We had a wonderful stay at Zed Hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for families traveling with children. The location is fantastic, with beautiful surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere that made our stay very relaxing. The hotel is clean, quiet, and very well maintained. One of the highlights for us was the room setup—traveling with two kids, the bunk beds were absolutely perfect. The children loved having their own space, and it made the whole experience feel fun and comfortable, just like being at home. What really sets this hotel apart is its unique style and character. The design is vibrant, creative, and full of personality, which made our stay feel special and memorable compared to standard hotels. Every detail seems thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly, and uniquely styled place to stay.Oh, and one more thing—the location is very convenient for finding great places to eat nearby, and it was easy to grab some ice cream for dessert after dinner, which made our evenings even more enjoyable.

Loved it :) friendly staff & cute room.

This was our first time to Kelowna. Loved the location. Room was very clean and full of wimsy. We had the room with bunkbed and double. Great for traveling with two teenagers. We would come back. Only thing is parking is limited if you won’t want to park on the street.

The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the extra touches (yoyo, rotary telephone, vw van sticker, archie comic book) and funky decor. The hotel was within walking distance to some fabulous restaurants and entertainment venues. Hotel Zed was a very convenient location given our itinerary. Will recommend to family/friend and will return again

Great location with tons of great restaurants in walking distance. Will be staying here again.

The hotel was cute and fun, unfortunately both nights people were loud past 1am. The first night it went on until 8am and the second night we called the front about 1:30am but for some reason they weren’t able to find the source and it went on until 3am the second night.

Excellent location, easy walking to downtown. Parking spot and access to main road for airport.

Great stay! Such a cool place, will definitely be back.
