가격에 비해 깨끗하고 아침식사 또한 위생적이다 대중교통 접근성이 좋다

It was nice and clean, affordable, convenient transport, but as i was in basement, the WiFi connection was not good.

Hôtel sympa, Quelques défauts comme la mauvaise insonorisation, on entends le bruit de dehors et des chambres autour. La porte de douche ne fermée pas correctement. Mais bien situé, le quartier est assez cool

The location is very good, near a shopping mall and many transports options available. The hotel is a typical London house, our room was in the basement though so it was poorly lit, but the place was clean. Convenient enuogh for a short stay.

A la réception de notre chambre, il y avait une odeur désagréable dans la chambre. Durant la soirée, nous entendons un bruit au pied de notre lit.. le matin au réveil, nous avons pu constater que nous avions eu la visite d un rongeur. Nous avons été a la réception. Ils nous ont changé de chambre.. dans cette dernière, pas de miroir dans la salle de bain, pas de penderie, une odeur bizarre dans la salle de bain. Absence de tapis de sol.. bref

Staff extremely friendly, coffee/tea/milk replenished everyday. Clean towels and housekeeping everyday. We stayed four nights, 2 adults and a teenager, room was small but we managed as we used the hotel as a base. Hotel being painted and updated whilst we were there, new fridge and kettle in room. Bedding and towels looked new too. Had more of a guest house vibe than hotel, but met our needs, and would stay again. Near shepherds bush, goldhawk, and shepherds bush market tubes.

The accommodation was decent value for money for London. A mediocre rating was given because the attic room had an open roof upon arrival and the carpet in the room was damp from rain. This isn't really necessary for a good guest experience.

２泊と１泊を別々に予約していたが、続けて同じ部屋を３泊手配してくれたのは良かった。 以下は、先の２泊についてのコメント（Noisy and Bad Smell）への追加です。 部屋の真上は事務室だったようで、誰かが歩く度にギシギシ音が鳴って、これもまた煩かった。無料wifiは頻繁に途切れて、１時間に10回ほど再接続を繰り返した。 ケトルがあるのは良かったが、大きすぎて洗面台で水を入れることができなかった。 他にも細々と不満はあるが、これだけでもう十分と思う。
