찾아가기가 매우 어렵지만, 내부는 한국인들이 매우 만족할 만합니다. 바닥과 벽면이 시멘트이지만 온돌처럼 따뜻하고, 라디에이터가 화장실에도 있어 추운 겨울에도 지내기 좋습니다. 커피포트도 무료로 제공되며 에스프레소 머신도 있습니다. 걸어서 벨베데레 궁전을 갈 수 있어 클림트 작품들을 보기 좋습니다. 다만 처음에 숙소를 찾을 때 어려움이 많습니다. 이 리뷰를 먼저 읽고 예약하는 분들 께서는, 숙박 최소 하루 전에 호텔로부터 온 메일을 읽고 주소 찾는 방법을 자세히 확인하고 방문하시기 바랍니다. 리셉션 없이 바로 열쇠를 찾아 방으로 들어가는 방식입니다. 1) Belvederegasse 26 주소로 찾아간다. 2) 해당주소 정문의 우측에 있는 PIN 입력기에, 호텔에서 안내한 비밀번호를 입력한 후 * 또는 #을 누른다. 3) 자판기처럼 열쇠가 떨어지면, 호텔에서 안내한 주소(객실)로 이동하여 문을 연다. 추가적으로, 유럽의 다른 호텔들은 더블베드룸을 예약해도 싱글베드 2개를 연결해놓는 방식인데, 이 호텔은 완전한 더블베드를 제공합니다. 객실내 분위기는 스튜디오처럼 천장도 높고 깔끔합니다. 냉장고가 조금 약하여, 겨울철에는 창문에 음료를 보관하는 것이 더 낫습니다. 욕조는 없고 수동비데는 있습니다. 리셉션데스크가 없으므로 셀프 체크인을 해야하는데, 객실내 비치된 문서를 작성하는 방식입니다. 길옆의 문을 바로 열면 객실로 들어가게 되는 구조입니다.

호텔 그레츨은 두개 있는데, 제가 예약한 호텔이 아니라 다른 호텔로 예약을 잘못 넣어주셨어요. 메일 받고 놀라서 (비엔나에 대한 정보가 하나도 없으니..) 메일 보내고, 호텔스닷컴 (한국이 안되서 미국으로!!!!!!) 에 전화도 하고 난리도 아니었네요.. 실수로 잘못 예약 됐다고 객실 업그레이드 해주신다고 했는데, 실제로는 아니었구요.. 그래도 질문 있거나 하면 메일로 바로바로 답장을 주는 편이라 편했습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 침구도 좋았어요. 시설도 새롭게 만들어서 편했습니다. 따뜻한물도 잘 나오고... 다만 작은 가게들을 개조해서 만든게 컨셉이라 그런지 정말 가게처럼 유리문 열면 도로고 사람다니고 차다니고 합니다... 밤에는 좀 무서워서 제대로 못잤네요... 하지만 여럿이 있다면 (스위트는 완전 대놓고 거리방향은 아닌 듯) 묵기 더 좋을 것 같아요!

Vienna is a wonderfully walkable city. Here for three days (two nights) the Belverdere suite was perfect. Brilliantly fitted out, funky, fascinating (the old lock and key story bought graphically to life in the decor), convenient and comfortable. Highly, highly recommended. I didn't really interact with any staff but would repeat the visit without hesitation. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Lovely place and good location. Walkable distance to everywhere. The free wine and water were a bonus too.

The concept of the hotel is interesting, however there are many areas for improvement that should be taken into account such as the following: 1. for people with very basic needs, there is no easy access 2. there is no room service, nor a way to call in case something is wrong 3. the fact that they use commercial premises as rooms generates insecurity and concern about stokers watching through the window 4. they never change the bedding

Das großartige Konzept hat uns schon in einem Fernsehbericht auf Pro7 bei Galileo begeistert. Unser Grätzl - der Tischler - hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da es individuell, modern und mit Bezug auf die Vergangenheit eingerichtet war.

Very good concept for creating the suites. Very close to train station and walkable to the city center. Highly recommend staying here.

I did not get the right information about where the room of the ‘hotel’ was located and how the check in. The room was full of dust and loads of fungi growing on the bathroom walls. I sent the owner videos and photo’s but did not get any reply. We stayed for 5 days. No cleaning in between and the same towel for 5 days

Entisestä liikehuoneistosta remontoitu huone keskellä asuinaluetta. Liikenteen melu hieman kuului, mutta ei häiritsevästi. Huone oli siisti, erittäin hyvässä kunnossa (selkeästi hiljattain remontoitu), kalusteet laadukkaita ja sänky sekä vuodevaatteet erinomaiset! Iso kylpyhuone ja laadukkaat saippuat. Iso jääkaappi ja mahdollisuus myös ruoanlaittoon, jos halusi syödä aamiaisen huoneistossa. Suosittelen.

Finding the room was confusing without any proper description. Room is nice and clean but on the ground floor with a public view from the yard between the buildings.

sehr tolles Hotelkonzept, einfaches Check in, freundliches Personal, sauberes schönes Zimmer. einziger Mangel keine Klimaanlage und keine Möglichkeit ein Fenster zu öffnen.

Such a cool apartment and great use of space! Very clean, well decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nespresso machine was a nice touch and plenty of capsules to go in it. We were very close to Belvedere Palace on a quiet street so the location was great too. The communication was really good too. Very happy.

Super und ruhige Lage ( Bahnhof und Zentrum in einer viertel Stunde erreichbar ). Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können es nur weiter empfehlen. Die Dame im Buro (Rezeption) war sehr freundlich und nett.

Fantastiske leiligheter i tilbaketrukket gårdsrom som ga oss følelsen å være en del av lokalbefolkningen. Kort gangavstand fra Hbf, og deilige restauranter i nærheten. Gangavstand til alle attraksjoner i det gamle sentrum. Dette stedet vil vi «holde hemmelig» slik at det er ledig når vi kommer tilbake!!!
