Much nicer than other places I have tried in Yakima. Very responsive to my needs, quiet, clean, and friendly.

Room was dirty, there was some nasty science experiment left in the fridge and the milk I was traveling with for my some was unable to keep due to not staff to clean or switch my room after I checked in. No shower curtain, and the bathroom was not clean.

Microwave unplug and impossible to plug because of cabinet. No fridge. No way to make coffee or tea. No phone service to main desk. No screen on window. Hallway carpet needed vacuuming.

No compassion no help no nothing

The no late check in time was nice. Probably wont stay there again.

The room looked clean, but it WASN'T! I took my shoes off & my bare feet stuck to the floor. My room didn't have an internet connection. I kept telling the girl behind the desk that I didn't have an internet connection to be able to use the wifi; she was snotty & kept telling me that she had given me the password for wifi; it didn't matter what the password was because I didn't have an internet connection in my room! The worst part was my room was infested with roaches & nothing was done about it! I have pictures of the roaches running all over my room.

The building was old and needed updating in a few areas. Lots.of homeless and dirty parking lot.

No lo recomiendo incluso me parece de mal gusto estar moviéndome de primera a bitacion no servia la tina de bañar el agua se tira Y nos movieron a otro dormitorio no cervia el baño estaba liquiando agua del techo nos movieron al tercera habitación y por fin cirvio no lo recomiendo Es un desastre incluso quería mi reembolso para irme de ahí pero no tenía otra opción ni donde dormir por esa noche

Bad experience all around. Told them about leaving because of roaches, ants and urine stains on the bed and they didn’t really seem to care. Didn’t offer another room to stay in and are now ghosting Expedia so they don’t have to give a refund. Currently disputing it with my credit card.

When I got to the room there were no towels, the sheets had a stain, the chair was stained, the floor was dirty, the shower had a someone’s hair on the wall. Also there is a note at the check in counter that says no guest after 6pm or you will receive a fine.

It was disgusting in the slums nothing worked. It was filthy. There wasn’t even a shower curtain and they stole $50 in my deposit that they said they never got.

The room was so dirty, the location were terrible it's in the middle of homeless, I feel so worried for a lot of gang members.

Between the locks not working the cockroaches I have switching out rooms like three times then they try to charge me for cigarette smoke which we did not smoke in that room. So they charge me 20 bucks for that sucks

Very rundown. Friendly staff

There were transient and prostitutes outside the front of the motel. The lights were off the chairs were up on tables and there was no one at the front desk. We were not able to check in and had to get another hotel. They charged us anyway for the rooms that we had reserved. Would never go there again.

Location was rough. Half of the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. Had to move rooms because the top lock was screwed into the door frame and ripped off. The tub was worn. Saw a roach on the bathroom counter. Fridge wasn't plugged in. First room was missing a battery in the remote. 2nd room had no remote. Gave up watching anything at that point. There was a fight and resulting arrest in the hall while we were trying to leave... I could go on...

Just needed a clean bed to sleep in.

The room was utterly disgusting. I did not stay. Turned in my key 10 minutes after arriving and will never book at a Red Lion again.

This property should be condemned. It is disgusting from the minute you pull into the parking lot. Broken glass all over the ground, walking into the building broken doors and run down exterior.
