주변환경이 좋았습니다.

가성비 괜찮아요.. 위치도 좋ㄱㅎ

깨끗하고 조용하네요. 석식은 좋았지만 조식은 별로였습니다.

Amazing hotel, very nice staff, the Onsen is very nice.. also the in-room Onsen is nice. Everything is walking distance. pictures are very similar to the reality

It's wonderful stay at this hotel

Very clean

We stayed for 2 nights in the hotel without ordering meals. The hotel was clean and well maintained, good size room with private hot water bath (not hot spring), there was also public and family spring bath and it is not crowded. It was an awesome stay. The night shift staff has a bit of difficulty to use English, but they always give help as far as possible.

入住了一間附設有私人溫泉浸浴的半西式房間, 房間空間寬敞舒適, 還可自由加設日式床舖, 可多個選擇, 夠細心, 早餐是全日式自助早餐, 如果可加些西式食品會更好.

Lovely luxurious hotel. The foot bath next to the koi pond and the private onsens were a highlight. Staff were exceptional in their service, especially Momoka.

部屋にホコリが溜まってる(そんなにファブリック無いんだけどな) 使い勝手が悪いタブレット(業者に捕ませられたのか？) バリアフリーかと思いきや、段差で足打った 個人的には冷蔵庫が小さ過ぎて残念

近くで新年会があり、門限までに戻れない事がわかり相談させていただきました ご親切に対応してくださりありがとうございました お部屋のお風呂も大浴場も良く、次回はゆっくり泊まらせていただきます

母親への孝行のために利用しました。お料理がどれも美味しくて、スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で大満足でした。

接客が良かったです。
