평소 가고싶었던 호텔이었는데 넘 좋았어요 친절하고 호텔 앤틱해서 제가 좋아하는 스타일...조식도 좋았구요 리치먼드 파크 가까워서 공항 가가전 산책도 했네요^^

Beautiful Richmond.

Very nice hotel. Good location, good service.

Beautiful hotel with lots of character and history - plus stunning views over the park from the restaurant. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was lovely. My only issue was that my single room was exceptionally hot as there's no air-conditioning and limited breeze coming off the courtyard. I was given and fan, which helped, but found the room quite uncomfortable to stay in.

We stayed here for our daughter’s weeding on the hottest 2 nights of the year. The room was like an oven with 1 small fan and 2 small bottles of water (500ml). Totally inadequate for the weather being 32degress. There was no fridge, no air conditioning and no slippers or dressing gowns. Breakfast was extremely expensive at £34 per person per day. So we didn’t bother. I did ask for 2 extra fans which did help the temperature slightly. On the second night there was a power cut which mainly affected our floor. So we couldn’t use our fans and there was no lighting. The reception staff were reluctant to help until I pointed out how dangerous the situation was. We were given 2 1 litre bottles of water, some ice and a small torch.This was the near minimum they could do! Luckily the power was on in approximately 1 hour. At check out we complained to the manageress and got £80 offf the second night stay. It was a poor way to have our daughter’s wedding day end. We did mention that we thought that a hotel of their quality should have air conditioning as standard. When we go to Richmond again we will seek alternative accommodation

A classic hotel with history and superb views from its unique vantage point. Breakfasts were excellent and the staff we saw from reception, housekeeping and restaurant were highly thoughtful and professional.

Staff are fantastic. Always a pleasure to stay here.

This hotel was a delight to stay in. I had a comfortable room with a good bathroom. The communal areas of this hotel are absolutely lovely in my opinion. I like their style. My breakfast was excellent. The staff were very considerate and helpful. I would like to stay here again when in the Richmond area. Many thanks.

案内された部屋は綺麗であったが、洗面台の栓が開かず→水が流れず。 ホテルより、すぐには修理不可の為、部屋の変更打診あり。 変更後の部屋は、狭く設備も若干劣った。 部屋の清掃スタッフは洗面台の栓が壊れていることはわかっているはずであり、ホテルフロントとの連携が不十分と思える。

We love the location, and that it came with free parking. The breakfast was very good, and dining room waitstaff were excellent. Our dinner was also very good. The shower pressure was horrible…a mere trickle (staff did not have any sympathy for that complaint) and there was no air-conditioning and we stayed during a heat wave so that wasn’t pleasant. Luckily, we were able to open the windows and let in some fresh air at night. It was the most expensive stay of our trip, and the least enjoyable (because of the shower, small room size, and temperature of the room being in the 80s). Fantastic location for walking along the river, parks or shops.

The hotel is lovely and the location is great. Unfortunately it doesn’t have Air-conditioning in the room and we stayed on the hottest day of the year so far. We were lucky enough to have the penthouse suite so there was lots of space but no mini bar or air con which should be basic when paying that sort of money. The food is ok. Breakfast was included which was great as I would have not wanted to pay the £36 each for a standard cooked breakfast.

Excellent welcome and the staff were super friendly. Room was gorgeous and spacious and beds were comfortable. Although the service and atmosphere was amazing, the breakfast was a little on the small side

No AC in the rooms - so if it is hot in London, the room will feel like an oven No drawers to unpack luggage Even our deluxe room felt very minimal except for the view on the balcony
